Who do you like for most production/potential upside of the following RBs who may now starting for various reasons?

Some might be available on Waivers. Please feel free to toss in others.

Are they just spot starts when the starter is out?

Also, which for PPR leagues?

Ja. Wright CLE

Ke. Watson CIN

K. Faulk NE

Chris Henry TEN

Mi. Bush OAK

D. Rhodes OAK

Ch. Taylor MIN

N. Davenport PIT

L. Betts WAS

D. Wynn GB

V. Morency GB

L. Weaver SEA

B. Leonard STL

A. Peterson CHI

M. Bennett TB

P. Holmes KC

K. Keith IND

S. Young DEN

Chester Taylor is the starting RB on the Vikings. He doesn't belong on this list.

I guess I would group them like this:Will get enough touches every week to have a shot at helping your team if they can get a TD. Worth a spot start to cover a BYE; good roster depth guys:

K. Faulk NE *PPR Leagues only - unless Morris and Maroney are both OUT then he's in an injury starter

Ch. Taylor MIN

N. Davenport PIT

L. Betts WAS

D. Wynn GB

V. Morency GB

Bennett *projected (my guess)

Worth playing when Starter is out - otherwise has no business in your lineup. These guys seem to play in feature back offenses - and usually they aren't it

Ja. Wright CLE

Ke. Watson CIN - although I would bet he see's more time even when Rudi gets back on the field. I might put him in the first category.

B. Leonard STL

K. Keith IND

S. Young DEN

Haven't had an opportunity yet to get on the field yet - may get a chance to earn some time: These guys are reaches.

Chris Henry TEN

Mi. Bush OAK

D. Rhodes OAK

P. Holmes KC

Which leaves these guys - guys that shouldn't see your lineup and could be FAs but you might just have a feeling that if a perfect storm hits they could be poised to get some playing time or you are stashing them away expecting an injury or benching which probably won't happen...

Adrian Peterson CHI

L. Weaver SEA

What are people thinking about Jerious Norwood. He and Dunn split carries so I think he fits in this category but is he gonna be "the guy" in ATL going forward?

:goodposting: I would add Correll Buckhalter to the "Worth playing when Starter is out" group.

Norwood looks good but ATL seems bound and determined to keep Dunn in no matter how ineffective he has been so far.

It may be this year, it may be next year, it may be in 2 seasons, but Chris Henry is going to get a chance to have some touches in Tennessee. My bet is that he and Lendale split next year when Brown is gone, making this season a moot point.

Let's see how Henry does this week (first week active with the injury to Brown). His time may come sooner than later...

Brian Leonard needs to move up one tier, but other than that, :goodposting:

If your league is deep (or you are merely desperate) look at Jerome Harrison of Cleveland and his production last week. He may leepfrog Wright on the depth chart before long.

The last 3 weeks, Weaver has out scored SA in PPR leagues. My guess is he'll do it again Sunday.
The Seahawks aren't likely to fall behind early again like vs. the Saints - if they do you may be right - but I doubt it. My guess is it will be Alexander the whole game this week.
