Not what it said in the local paper but it may be that if Texas wins they host the Regional and play ASU....if they lose then not sure where Kent State would play but ASU would host a Regional

I watch a ton of SEC baseball, in person and on tv. How Vandy is the 6th seed is baffling. They are the best team of the big 3 in the SECe easily in my opinion.As I type this Westlake just went deep again. This team is so good it's ridiculous. I truly think it's between Vandy and UVA.

They are probably the best story of the CWS after the UC regents tried to kill the Baseball program. A return to the CWS after 19 years is a great way to shove it in their face. A win would be even better ;)

 
Wow -UVA going to Omaha. Amazing.

For those that didn't see, they were down 2-1 in the 9th with 2 out and bases loaded and the UVA kid singled up the middle to drive in 2 runs for a walk off win.

EDIT: Forgot to add that they had nobody on and 2 outs before loading the bases and winning.

Been watching a good bit of this as of late. I had my doubts about the bat changes for this year, but they appear to be legit. I can safely watch a game where the pitcher can use the whole plate instead of having to staying away from the inside half :thumbup:

If Bradley is healthy, maybe. I have doubts that coming back from wrist surgery, he's going to be @ 100%. Obviously they made it this far without him, so I could be wrong, but I think they come up short.

Elimination game tonight - Vanderbilt v UNC.

It was pretty disappointing to lose to FLA yesterday. Come on 'Dores!

 
This is the only thing I hate about college baseball - now they are going to bring in the closer who threw over 100 pitches 2 nights ago.

College coaches aren't as bad as they used to be about abusing the arms of their studs, but this seems pretty bad. I'm sure the kid wants to go though.
