There will almost certainly be a lot more underclassmen declaring for the draft. It will make this years draft deeper and more interesting, but also far more challenging for fantasy owners because many of these players will be more raw then usual.
There will be more value to be had in later rounds and rookie FA waiver pickups, but rookie impacts are more often felt because of NFL team deficiencies...and those won't be any differant then normal.
IE: There will be more Coffee's, Mike Thomas', and Patrick Turners...not more Maclin's and Moreno's. The better dynasty talent evaluators will be best rewarded...and it might well be an ideal year for "blowing up" an older squad.
ETA: The NFL has put so many exclusions and rules on the uncapped year that I don't think any particular NFL team will be able to make any significant advantages from it.
I'd be interested in hearing more about how this will affect current stars who's contracts are up at the end of this year. For example, let's say Jerry Jones wants to go out and spend 100 million on the #1 RB free agent and #1 WR free agent. Will this be possible?
