Things you learned in Week 2 (1 Viewer)

I learned when you play in a leauge with only 6 players there are lots of Free Agent good players left.Vick is still FA in my league, my no #1 is Drew Brees, but I'm thinking of starting vick for week three as he has been in top 10 QBs wk1 and wk2 in my league, which is TD heavy for Qbs.15pass yrds = 1pt, passing td = 7ptsShould I start vick?
a 6 team league seems really boring....
How so? How many players are in your league? Our positions areQB1WR3RB2TE1Team DEF 1Defensive players 3Kicker 1Bench Players 315players per person

I learned I don't know how I am 2-0 with the most points scored while drafting Fitz, Calvin and Finley 1-2-3. Sounds crazy, but true.

Learned that I can see into the future, and next week everyone will declare Favre as being 'back' after he carves up Detroit like every QB will this season.

I learned that the first two weeks have been like playing roulette. Every player on every offense is terrible except the 2-3 that just BLOW UP every week. Different players each week by the way.

The Dolphins secondary is really for real. Carlos Dansby is the truth. Cameron Wake is the truth. And Chad Henne will be on the bench within 2-3 weeks if he does not step it up big time.

Never ever ever bench Jahvid Best again. Repeat that 100 times.

Andre Johnson is the best WR in football. No question.

Roddy White will finish the year as the best WR in FF with AJ right on his heels.

TOdd Haley is insane with is handling of Jamal Charles.
To this add Fox in CAR... he had 4 downs from inside the opponent's five to get a TD and didn't give it to Stewart or DeA a single time. They should have been pounding the ball all day long.

I learned that Jason Campbell was part of the problem in Washington.

I learned that Jay Cutler really is a good QB.

I learned that the AFC West will all be worse than their records indicate at season's end, but that the NFC West is the worst division in recent memory and it isn't even remotely close.

Getting 5 catches a game won't help Steve Smith's stats if he averages 7 yds/catch and doesn't catch any TD's.

I learned that a team trailing with a few minutes left in the 4th quarter would rather have the opposing offense to get the first down instead of going 3rd and 1 ... just so they can use their three timeouts on the defensive side of the football. I don't know who said it ... Nantz or Simms ... but I am glad the other called him out because that was stupid.

Chad Henne had a QB rating of 106.0 today. They simply didn't pass all that much. What exactly were you hoping for?
Watch him play. Unsure in the pocket. Not making decisive decisions. I love his talent. But he looks flustered. And our defense will not keep winning games for us. Henne has to show the offense can finish drives. He is not finishing drives.

Darren McFadden actually CAN play this game.
I learned that the people who took Michael Bush in the middle rounds are going to hate the people who scooped up McFadden in the late rounds.Bush gets 10 touches per game from here on out. The Raiders' schedule is cake. McFadden will not give back his 25-30 carry role. The Raiders need him too much.

Jerry Jones should, and will, clean house this offseason.
He should start by firing the GM (himself) and get someone that knows something about football.
I've said it all along: the worst thing to happen to Dallas was winning a playoff game last year. It guaranteed another underwhelming performance by an extremely talented team. Phillips will never win a Superbowl. He's one of those coaches who are an amazing defensive coordinator, but a terrible head coach. He's doing the same thing in Dallas that he did a decade ago in Buffalo: take an uber-talented team and make them underperform.

I think Jim Zorn was a big part of the problem as well.

This is something that will never happen and why Cowboy fans (me) have nothing but failure to look forward to until Jerry dies. In 15 years the Steelers will probably have 8 or 9 Super Bowls and the Cowboys will be stuck on five.

One Day Bradford will get it
I think he already gets it - looks remarkably poised for a rookie making his first two starts of his career. He just needs some more weapons and he's eventually going to put up some numbers.

I learned that the Detroit offense is actually better than I thought it'd be. They're 0-2 but could just as easily be 2-0 right now.

I learned that Green Bay is going to have to do SOMETHING with the RB position and that my BJax pickup is not going to be the WW pickup of the year.

I learned that when an offense that's loaded with weapons and has a great oline looks horrible after 1 game against Baltimore, it's probably too soon to declare them D.O.A. regardless of who their QB is.

I learned that Marshawn Lynch inexplicably getting double the carries of any other Bills back was probably a way for the Bills to show off a potential trading chip to the Packers.

I learned that if I play against Peyton Manning on a Sunday/Monday night I will always lose on their final possession in which they care to try and score.last year played the same guy who had Manning and Wayne lost in the final minute. This year all I needed was the TD to go to anyone but Wayne but nope up 31-7 let's keep throwing it and boom lost my game to same guy 2 straight years by 3 points.
Yeah, in the same boat here. Lost by 2 pts this week on that Manning to Wayne TD pass, when the Colts had ABSOLUTELY no reason to be throwing the ball, much less have their starters still on the field. One of these times, that will bite INDY in the #### BIG TIME, with Manning or Wayne getting injured. Oh yeah, what I learned..don't start anyone, and I mean ANYONE that you did not draft, in the first 2 weeks of the FF season. Give the team you drafted a chance. Don't try to get fancy and start someone off the waiver wire too soon. Dropped Hester for Aromashadu..now I am 0-2 instead of 1-1.

...that for the second straight week my bench outscored my entire starting lineup

...that I need to start using Blooms weekly projections over everyone else's....(he had McCoy at #3 RB this week.)

.... that the coaching staff in Dallas should be fired - except Philips who should be moved to Def coordinator.

....that I now feel like I am safe for the rest of the season with Cutler as my QB#1

....that the Vikes look terrible on offense - they better get VJax quick.....

....that owning Jamaal Charles this year is bringing back painful memeories of owning Chris Johnson in his rookie year. With LenDale White/TJ there - you'll never know when it's safe to play him.

....that I'd rather rub jalepeno jiuce into my eyeballs than watch Charlie Batch vs Kerry Collins

....that Houston looks like a Super Bowl team

....that Randy Moss' one handed grab was sick....

....that I must have pissed off the fantasy gods this year as I'm 0-2 to start the season.
