This Girl Says Her Hotness is a Curse; She Can't Walk Down the Str (1 Viewer)

Given her inflated self-image, and her NYC location, she'll undoubtedly be one of those girls the author references in the article in the Psychotic bimbos destined to be old maids thread.

 
I stood in line at an In N Out in North Hollywood (near Radford) and saw a dozen chicks hotter than this one in about 10 minutes.

I have noticed this before when talking to girls that were like her. Girls that were curvy but for one reason or another just were not in the 'hot' level. They tend to get the more overt attention. When the really hot chicks tend to actually not get so much overt attention or even guys who approach them because the guys tend to be intimidated and/or think they have no shot.

This chick has mistaken that attention she gets as that she is a 9 or a 10 when she is more like a 4-6 (depending on the picture) with a great rack.

Simpler term. From far away all you see is thd rack and nice bod. Yell something out

 
i buy the kate upton effect here as well. Upton wouldn't be half as famous without the giant rack. Just a normal set of 36C and she'd be waiting tables at Chilis.
