Thomas Jones vs. Corey Dillon (1 Viewer)

Thomas Jones and Corey Dillon are both starting against weak teams in the Packers and Bills, respectively.

One has Benson, the other Maroney breathing down their necks for some carries.

Who puts up better numbers on week 1?

I'm starting Jones over Dillon this week. I like Dillon this week and would have no problem playing him, but I see a great game for Jones against that D.

I started TJ over Dillon given the matchup. I like Chi chances of being up and getting Teej a lot of work. Until Dillon proves to me that his performance last year was just an unfortunate downturn, I'm pretty leary.

So alike except that Thomas Jones is in the prime of his career and Dillon looks like he plays with ankle weights.

Oh and Maroney is a future superstar while Benson is a complete headcase. Any worries I had about Benson taking TJ's job went out the window when Benson walked out on the team during the preseason game. He hates his teammates and they hate him.

TJ will start all season if healthy. Dillon will split major time as soon as Maroney's knee proves sound and eventually (maybe this year) will lose the job out right to the rook.

Jones over Dillon here also. I'm doing it mainly because Jones has the potential for repceptions.
