Tight End Waivers Help (1 Viewer)

What tight end should I pick up off waivers for week 14 (12 team PPR, 8 team playoff next week)? Every single tight end I've had is now out for the season (Olsen, Doyle, Howard), and I need to figure out the best option for the playoffs. Options are Chris Herndon, Ian Thomas, CJ Uzomah, Jonnu Smith, etc.

If you want upside I would go with Smith.  If you want floor I would go with Herndon
