Looking ahead at his schedule, his bye is coming up and after three games against middling/weak run defenses, the Chicago schedule gets brutal.

His value among RBs might be higher after week 8-9, but the RB market feels really tight right now.

Holding on to him for weeks 8, 9 and 15 for output roughly equal to his 12.7 points against Jacksonville (3rd most points to RBs) or his 18 points against Indy (5th most) seems foolish.

week 8: Car (2nd most points given up to RBs)

week 9: Ten (6th most points given up to RBs)

week 10: Hou (17th)

week 11: SF (32nd)

I'd hold on to him until after the Carolina and Tennessee games if I was looking to move him.

I would say no because he catches enough passes in PPR setting to be a factor.

Good observation. I'd hold and let him accrue value until week 9 at the least. His value is still relatively low compared to where I think it should be. The SOS landscape may also change by the time he faces that stretch of stout defenses, although not by much. Lastly, unless I was getting a nice return I'd hold regardless in PPR. He's match up proof in the sense that his floor will always be buoyed by receptions.
