This guy is going back to the end of my bench until I see him put up good numbers for several weeks. He isn't out of position, so I am interested to see if people have any more excuses for his play. He doesn't get off blocks, and he is playing so tentative--like he is a rookie or in a new defense. It doesn't make any sense.

Makes plenty of sense to me.Believe what your eyes show you, not what you want them to see.Stat-wise, he's way over-rated.

Timmons is fine, he had the 2nd most tackles on the team, Denver only had the ball for 24 minutes and ran half the plays Pitts did. Also the Denver scorekeeper does not give assists, only about 16 or so combined for both teams. This game you have to look deeper than the surface of the stats, several other factors were involved for him having an average game, but mainly, he can't get tackles when his offense is on the field for 65% of the game.

Not in complete disagreement with this, but Larry Foote looked like the better backer last night, both on the field and in the stat sheet. I'm not a Timmons (or Foote) owner, and not advocating anyone to dump Timmons to the WW, but last night's performance has to be cause for concern.

There may be, but as a Timmons owner and looking at how he has played in the past, I think he will be fine. I watched every snap of that game and felt he could have have easily been credited with at least one more tackle and several assists, but we will see. Just glad I had Woodyard and Von Miller also going in the game.
