So does Toronto fire Casey before the end of series?
Thought Wizards would win this series, but didn't think sweep would be possible.
Not all Casey's fault.
Lowry has been a ghost.
That being said, he does share partial blame for: team can't rebound and can't play defense.
Casey is terrible. The lack of adjustments he made in Game 1 were inexcusable, especially in OT when he stuck with Amir, 2Pat, and the small ball lineup despite being dominated on the glass. I didn't even watch game 2 because I had already lost hope in the team.
I think he will be gone if they get swept. He's always been a poor offensive coach, and in the second half of the season the defense was pretty horrid as well. Also, neither Valanciunas nor Ross have developed into into key contributing pieces towards a long playoff run despite their obvious talents, and I put that largely on the coaching staff (especially JV, who you know works hard). I can't see how Casey stays.
