TNF: Cleveland at Cincinnati (1 Viewer)

I still think you should have to come down in the end zone, not simply cross some imaginary plane. #### should be a fumble because... well, it would be anywhere else on the field.
Yea, don't get this. Why different on that 1 play than anywhere else? If a WR catches in end zone still has to control to ground, avoid getting it knocked out by a DB & then come to a stop.

wut?

Sure and just change the fundamental rule of the last 100 years. Ball breaks the plane, its a TD.

Somehow I don't think they run that leap play anywhere else on the field.
3rd and 1? 4th and inches? Hell, already saw a Browns back leap for a first.

Forward passing also illegal 100 yrs ago if you want to maintain those rules...

Went with Dalton over Romo because I didn't want to risk a DNP on Sunday. (Have an easy matchup and figured even a poor performance from my QB would be enough to get me by). And now I'm officially nervous for a loss.

Freaking gingers.

Was listening to the game on the radio while picking up my kid and was loving Mike Mayock. Am now home watching it on TV and despising Phil Simms. Going from an insightful analyst who has obviously watched copious film of both teams, to a moronic talking head who just spouts the same cliches week after week and has no knowledge of either team.

This game more about the Browns or Bengals?

I'm saying Bengals... The Browns aren't bad, but the Bengals aren't who we thought they were 5 weeks ago.

Why call a passing play on first down...with 0:33 left in the quarter when your running game is crushing it? Dumb.

You know, I just don't buy that sowing confusion among your players in the name of "competition" is a good idea. If Crowell is better, start Crowell and give him a 70/30 split. If Tate is better, likewise. If it's West, go with West.

Good teams always seem to have well-defined roles. Muddle is just muddle, and no one performs at their best in the middle of muddle.
When you have two starting quarterbacks, you have none.
Exactly. Human beings like to understand the environment they're working in. ####### with people's heads is just bad management.
To be fair, maybe Cleveland is trying to channel Csonka, Morris and Kiick.

Loved Kiick's work in Burn Notice

The Bungles are back. Losing horrible in every aspect of the game.

Their defense really has been horrible for a while now. Remember they barely beat the Jags last week too. Good offense are going to tear this D apart in the 2nd half.
