TNF - MIN vs TB (1 Viewer)

Whew...glad to see Harvin back on the field. Loving the garbage time.

If it wasn't for the Harvin bubble screens Ponder's stats would be terrible.

Also, the next time a Viking WR goes across the middle it'll be the first time this year.

Ponder kinda sucks. Doesn't seem to go through progressions at all, just locks on to a single player for the full extent of each play.

I really should of turned the sound off after the first half. Vikings haven't played well but I don't need Brad Nessler and Mike Mayock to keep telling me that every 15 seconds.

The o-line played like crap tonight. At least 6-10 times Ponder had no time to throw.
You are relentless in your defense of POnder. He's a bad QB. He's at under 200 yards for the game...which is 4x what he had last week but still not what they need. Guy needs to improve fast. Bears/Pack D will eat them up.

Shouldn't they kicked the FG after getting the penalty to cut the lead down to 2 scores
Don't think so. "Two scores" would have been including two two point conversions...just to tie...a tall order. Terrible odds either way, but in that spot (4th and 7) I think going for it is the right call

I didn't say he did not need to improve. But the rest of the team played just as crappy. You are obviously a Cardinals fan that can't believe Arizona lost to this team last week.

I love Harrison Smith but he needs to start wrapping up. SO SICK of guys that just try to throw a big shoulder tackle. Hello!!! This is the NFL Harrison! Plenty of guys like Martin just bounce off and he looks like a fool.

How can you practice and play with Antoine Winfield every day and not learn something about how to tackle properly?

Word. Keep preaching, brother.

Shoot, do you realize how little tackling actually happens outside of real games in the NFL? Tackling fundamentals are lacking all across the league for this reason. But I imagine it does cut down on unnecessary injuries.

Think it may be time to look on the waiver wire for a new TE. Seems like Rudolph should be a guy used more across the middle, but he's not.

I seem to remember Rudolph catching a nice one down the seam early in the year but he's not WR obviously. What made me think of it this week was VCruz going down the middle late this week against Washington. That hasn't happened once from what I remember and especially in a crucial late spot where the Defense needed to stop them. We can't even do that in a scripted 1st Qtr series. Terrible.

Knew the Vikes were a scam 5 win team, they proved it tonight...that said Jared Allen probably had the sack of the year, that was some of the best 3 minutes of football ever. Blood trickling down his nose, that was the picture of football.

It's good to see Kevin Williams making some plays this game and this season.

He's been great for so many years and to think he should be Ryan Sims.
I heard his name during the game, but I see no points for him. What's the feeling about KW moving forward? Good player, but is he playable in FF for leagues with DT?
