5TDs in 2 weeks, should be a trade market

Oh, Giants vs Cowboys is going to be a great Thanksgiving game.
What if the Lions were to rise to 4-6 and the Bills somehow manage to lose another before Thursday?
I like the Turkey Day offerings and we're all cooking during the Bills game, table set for Dallas and then whatever the night game is and then a bunch of us upset that we had to play a bunch of Turkeys in our line up and stew on it until Sunday

Tennessee is one of the better Rush Defenses, 3.9 yds per carry don't bode well for the GB RBs although we haven't heard much from AJ Dillon all year, tonight isn't likely to break the trend.
Aaron Jones is going to break 1,000 total yds this week and he's well on his way to a career high in rush yds and total yds, don't think many expected that this season.
And Green Bay got stuffed on 4th and short trying to run Jones into the belly of the DL, not smart.

Man Aaron Rodgers looks like absolute garbage. He isn't even under real pressure and 2 of the last 3 throws were not close to open guys like garbage level throwing. Holy crap.
I love the commentators giving him cover, "he's throwing where he wants his receivers to be"... uh, shouldn't he throw where they are?

Derrick Henry longest run of the entire night....
9 yards

Jones 40 yds rush, 20 rec on 6 catches, he went nowhere fast tonight
AJDillon 13 yds on 6 carries

Cobb and Lazard 11/130 and were pretty ho hum
Watson 4/48/2TDs, couldn't get enough targets to have a really big game.

Burks 7/111, seriously?

NFL should brand the late-Thursday game the Ruffles Bowl, 'cause that's what I'm pairing with my turkey sandwich.

Since the move to Amazon other than the first week I don't think I've watched a second of Thursday football. I'm still on archaic cable :P so if the game isn't easily flipped to I forget about it.... for better or worse :bag:

Not that we didn't already know this, but the Packers really have completely phased out Dillon, haven't they?
Not totally. I think he is very game plan dependent. Games like last night...it should be more Jones to get to the edges (though,, the insistence in the first half to plow either of them right into the teeth of the TItans D was odd). Jones just has more versatility in the ability to be shiftier, a little better in the pass game, and still has power to break tackles too. A team playing a different scheme or weaker up front, Dillon may get more run.

Last night hard to really gauge anything as their plan seemed to make no sense except for a small window in the 3rd quarter where they moved the ball pretty effectively. 1st half they really didn't have the ball much (and 2 backed up drives tried pounding the ball twice up the middle and then passing...going 3 and out)....3rd quarter was good...4th was hot garbage. Though, pretty typical of their season as well. I have no idea where they are coming up with the game plans...

Lack of continuity at WR and the young guys not quite there yet...missing a real threat. Oline had been in shambles much of the season. And Rodgers has just been off...for longer than just the thumb has been hurt IMO. Just passes going low or sailing high where you used to not see that from him. He is just off. Can't blame all of that on the other players.

We have some sort of janked up version of Prime where they had allowed people to piggyback on a family's prime membership. Years ago we somehow have it through my wife's sister. So we have prime shipping...but not video. Thankfully (or not), Im in the Nashville market and got the game on local network last night. Otherwise, yeah, I have not watched Thursday football.

Any chance the Packers will give Joe Berry his severance package and hand it over to Jerry Gray? The DB Coach/Passing game coordinator has 8 years as a DC in the NFL.

Not gonna change the system midstream but I think they need to try something.

Be careful my friend. Rodgers is a quirky guy and seems to have decided that Watson is his man in the green zone. While Watson looks unsteady at times, the Packers are pretty much done this season and I wouldn't be surprised if Rodgers works on developing that rapport looking ahead to next year. Lazard looked pretty crappy and obviously doesn't have the raw talent that Watson does.

I would need a pretty nice haul to move him at this point

God I hope so. Joe is a terrible DC, has been terrible every stop along the way. Very disturbing judgment by LaFleur - this was his hire. Responsibility falls on him.

Not really. he should be throwing to where they will be. Of course wanting them there doesn’t quite work.

Like the Sammy Watkins play in the 4th quarter. It was pretty clear that even Rodgers underestimated exactly how slow Watkins is.

I just am learning about the Ten OC DUI arrest, is this not grounds for immediate termination?

Titans offensive coordinator Todd Downing was arrested Friday on suspicion of DUI and speeding. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Downing was pulled over at 2:30 a.m. CT and was booked two hours later.

The Titans beat the Packers on Thursday night at Lambeau Field. The game concluded around 10:15 p.m. CT, and the team wouldn't have gotten to the airport until close to midnight. The flight is just less than two hours. Titans head coach Mike Vrabel declined to comment on whether alcohol was served on the team plane.

-The NFL prohibits alcohol on team planes or buses. But the Commanders had beer on the team plane Monday, and the league is reviewing what took place in the early-morning hours of Friday with the Tennessee Titans.
