Toby Gerhart - New Beast Mode? (1 Viewer)

With no Justin Blackmon (for the forseable future), Cecil Shorts being banged up, and the rest of their offense being Non-Existant / Rookies, are we looking at a break out season for Toby Gerhart? He runs like a truck, has great receiving ability, and definitely has the potential to have 20+ touches per game. What are everyone's thoughts on this guy? All I hear is good news, and it looks like he's steadily climbing projections.

I don't know what it is, but I don't buy into the Toby Gerhart hype. Perhaps it's simply the fact that he's a white RB in the NFL. Yeah, I know. How terrible of me to say so. But he's not a special runner.

Anyway, I have Jordan Todman and Dernard Robinson stashed away waiting for him to either fail or, more likely, get hurt from an overload of carries.

if you are waiting on taking rbs like i am this year someone like gerhart who can be had in the 5th (as of now) with todman handcuffing him in a round somewhere in the teens, it is a great handcuff to have at a very cheap price.
