Only reason I ask is I'm in a league that rewards 2 PPR for TE's, 1 PPR for WR, and 0 PPR for RB's...so TE's sure are worth a lot. Last year Tony Gonzo scored more points than any RB.

But to Heap...does anyone think he could possibly get things going once Flacco has more starts under his belt? I could get Heap dirt cheap right now, and if he pans out he could be a force in my scoring format.

he's on waivers in a couple of my leagues, I just dropped him for Carlson in one

I'd take him in a dynasty, but he's not worth much in redraft

He's on the WW in one of my redraft leagues. Really don't want that headache again...although I was tempted all of 2 seconds. Even if Flacco starts finding him, he has to stay healthy. Lack of receptions is probably the only reason he is still healthy this year.

As long as he's healthy, he's a talent, but if the MNF game is any indication, he's going to be asked to block a lot more to protect the rookie QB.

That may change as the weeks go on and Flacco gets more comfortable, but I don't see a good season in store for Heap.

Former owner here. I had him the past 2 years. He has been a buy low candidate for 2.5 years now. He is not worth thinking about.

If waivers ever actually run, I'll be dropping him for Carlson or Shaincoe. Last week was enough info on that.

He might be a good buy-low in dynasty. Flacco looks like he'll be a decent QB long term, from what we've seen so far. In redraft he should be on waivers.

I think he is a buy low if you have large enough rosters to wait to see if he and Flacco get on the same page. He is dirt cheap right now. I offered him up in a salary cap league with smaller rosters and his salary is the $1 minimum. I can not get any takers. He is my TE#3 but I don't think I can keep more than 2 now that my bye weeks are over.

2 TDs in his last 17 games (which have to go back to mid-2006 because of injuries). Topped 100 once since the beginning of 2004.

Buy low? How about buy NO!
