Japanese, Korean, etc. people eat tofu. If you were talking about something specifically Chinese, I could see myself straddling the line, or at least putting my toe on it, but you missed on that one.

I hate tofu. I am not a picky eater or bothered by food textures normally, but something about the blandness and texture just throws me off.

I kill, clean, and process my own deer meat, so I'm definitely on the other end of the spectrum from a vegan. I love tofu.
