You can't wipe away history. Peyton finally beat him after several unsuccessful attempts, but couldn't do it this year. Eli beat him, and he deserves all the accolades for it. But poison because they have a couple of rings? That's overstating it a bit. When the brothers can beat his jewelry combined, maybe. I was rooting for the Giants because I thought the Patriots fans were irrational. Now it seems like the piling on against them is equally irrational. Neither Manning can touch what Brady has accomplished so far. A loss in an awesome Super Bowl doesn't change that. I don't think Brady will be shaking when he squares off against anybody.
