Yes, this list was stolen  However I always like to here how others rank out these spots.

Personally, I don't like Forte or hightower in the top 10. I'd probably put Jacobs and Ronnie Brown in those spots.

WR - Not sold on Colston in the top 10. Would much perfer Santana Moss there.

TE - Daniels over Dallas Clark and how does Shiancoe not make the top 10?

K - Don't care, but think Prater should be 2 or 3

D - Can't complain about much here. I'd probably put Pitt over NYG though

based on schedule alone, Both LT2 and R.Brown have to be considered near top 5 contenders based on their upcoming schedules alone..

Looks OK to me. Some place I would nitpick:

RB: Definitely think Ronnie Brown in the top 10--he's got a pretty favorable schedule. Hightower certainly could end up there but lets let him start at least a couple of games before he gets put there.

WR: Would probably reorder the list a little, but more or less the right guys are there IMO.

TE: I wouldn't put Clark that high. Personally I'd rather have every other guy in the top 7 before Clark. My gut says Winslow ends up #2 if Quinn is the QB the rest of the way. Witten is too low assuming that Romo is back next week.

If Johnathan Stewart is limited for the rest of the season Danny Williams has a schedule that includes the Raiders, Lions, Packers, Falcons and Broncos. All are top ten in fantasy points against vs. RBs except Atlanta, and they're 12th. As much as I'm surprised to admit it, this probably puts him into the discussion as much as Forte, Johnson and especially Hightower.

Hell, it may put him in the discussion even if Stewart doesn't remain limited. Those are some pretty subpar run defenses, especially over the next 4 weeks. And he draws Denver in what will be most league's SB week. I may just have to see if Danny's owners in my leagues are paying attention.

Dude the panthers have a ridiculous upcoming schedule for their defense. Oakland this week, Detroit then Atlanta.
I think Atlanta's offense is better than it was when the Panthers played them previously, so I don't consider them a good team for the Panthers D, and the Panthers will be playing them in Atlanta.

How is Hightower even on the list??? Its crazy how one games makes someone a top 10 RB.
+1I just don't see it. He's got the opportunity, but not the talent to hold a starting gig in the NFL. Let alone be in any type of top 10 list.Hightower and Green-Ellis could be the same player if he cut the dreads. Nice #3 RB's who get what's blocked and nothing more. Either will struggle to consistently produce.

Miami has a nice second half schedule.

I like the lists, mainly because I can fill out my entire starting lineup each week from them, barring injury. Not sure I see how Delhomme makes the QB list though.

Ha, well, I wish I could get a Witten owner to take Daniels for him. And Rivers over Rodgers?

You see enough of these lists, you realize they are good for just this, debate, but who really cares what a pronosticaed list post draft is? To feel better about one of your guys?

:goodposting:These lists are just as bad as nfl mock drafts, pre-draft rookie rankings... just pure speculation. I don't even think debating over pre-season fantasy rankings is worth it. No one knows how good these people will do. Pure speculation on one's ability to do well for the next 7 weeks. How did they come up with this? Probably some guy making up a list. I doubt any kind of strength of schedule played into this. Really? ADP the #1 RB from here on out? With 5 of his next 7 opponents being very tough matchups defensively? Tim Hightower? Guy has one good game and we're selling the farm for him? The only thing this does is make you feel better about who you have on your team. Useless

I think a case can be made for hightower for the rest of the season. Although I really think this ranking is based more on "finding the next Ryan Grant" factor. Hightower has the look (so far) of a solid RB2 for the rest of the year. I don't own him in any league, but wouldn't mind picking him up for the right price.
