Top 10 fantasy players since 2000 (1 Viewer)

Where is Tiki Barber?

Daunte Culpepper should make the top 10. He had 4 seasons as a top 2 fantasy QB; Eli Manning's best finish is 5th.

Tiki Barber...should be #10 or #9... I'll give that to you, Maybe I'll go back later and switch out Fred Taylor. If Daunte Culpepper had even a good 3rd season to add on to the other two I would agree with you, but I just dont see it

Love seeing both Rodgers and Favre on the list. As a Packers fan, we've been truly blessed by excellent QB play for the greater part of 20 years. I am 38 now, I was 18 I think when Favre entered the game for Majik. To think that my entire adult life has seen the Packers with not just good, but great QB play is truly amazing.

Culpepper was a top 2 fantasy QB in 2004, 2003, 2002, and 2000. He made the Pro Bowl in 3 of those years, and in the other one he ran for 600/10. In all 4 seasons he scored more fantasy points than Eli did in any season before 2011. And if you go by ppg, you can also put Culpepper's 2001 in there - he was 5th in ppg that year but missed 5 games.

wow, good stuff David

Manning - 4th, 7th, 4th, 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 1st, 3rd, 7th, 6th, 4th,

Brady - NR, 20th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 2nd, 7th, 1st, INJ (8th), 9th, 3rd, 3rd,

Brees - NR, NR, 19th, 27th, 9th, 8th, 3rd, 5th, 1st, 2nd, 6th, 2nd,

Rodgers - NR, NR, NR, NR, NR, NR, NR, NR, 2nd, 1st, 2nd, 1st,

Favre - 10th, 4th, 11th, 12th, 7th, 15th, 10th, 6th, 14th, 3rd, 29th, NR,

Culpepper - 1st, 13th, 2nd, 1st, 1st, 35th, 42nd, 34th, 38th, 37th, NR, NR,

Issues:

Culpepper had 4 top 2 finnishes

Length of Success

Brady over Brees (top 10- 8 each, Brady 1 extra QB1 numbers, Brees avg 4.5 when QB1, Brady 6.1 when QB1, you could factor in Cassel with 2008 injury and another year of top 10/QB1 numbers)

or

Rodgers over Brady/Brees due to 4 straights years of 1st or 2nd

The only edit I may have is to look at this from a QB team perspective

Manning - Painter

Favre - Rodgers (Packers)

Brady - Cassel

The reason I put out the QB team perspective is because if you had the roster size you may have already had the back-up ready to start. Obviously the 2nd two worked out great while the first one really sucked.

Personally I would rank:

Manning

Brady/Brees - Tie

Rodgers - to Young

Favre

Culpepper

McNabb

Rivers - due to Vick being out of the league

Vick - Jail Time

Warner, Palmer, Garcia, Eli, Bulger, Romo - Tied for 10th (they all had small spurts of being top options)

Is this someone's personal list or is this based on points? I am sure it is a typo, but how is Calvin Johnson at the bottom half of wide receivers when he has had 3 seasons of 77+ touchdowns? :lmao:
