Throw out Finely (he will be picked by almost all) and choose the top 3 of the rest/who you would want to own in dynasty.
For me ...in order
1. Celek - Because of his production so far, but I think he is at his ceiling
2. J Graham - (my #1 for a rebuilding team) Certainly a risk, but I don't see it as much of a risk...not after how much they have raved about him so far...but he has the highest ceiling..including Finley
3. Z Miller - I think he will break out this year...we have seen the ability..now he has a decent QB
