Trade Advice: (Newton, Pryor, Mixon for D.Murray, Carr, Kupp) (1 Viewer)

Hey Guys, 

I'm really torn on whether or not to pull the trigger or not on this trade. 10 Team standard scoring. Starter: QB, WR,WR, RB, RB, W/TE, W/RB/T, K, D

Getting top RB in DeMarco Murray to pair with McCoy is very tempting but D. Henry could cut into his workload later and it's hard to gauge the upside of Mixon & Pryor.  I feel like Newton and Carr are a wash in the deal.  Kupp has potential but I feel like he's just a throw in.

I receive: (Derek Carr, DeMarco Murray, Cooper Kupp)

Current Team:

QB- Cam Newton, Kirk Cousins

RB- L. McCoy, B. Powell, J. Mixon, M. Forte, D. McFadden

WR- M.Thomas, T.Pryor, G.Tate, B.Marshall, Z.Jones, C.Hogan

TE- H.Henry

K- Prater

D- Pit

I'd be torn too, at first seems Like Murray is the best player in the deal, but I believe the upside is far better with who you already have. Patience with Mixon can be afforded in your situation because you have RB depth. Pryor is the biggest reason not to do the trade though. Best QB he's ever had I expect big things!

I agree with Scotchmonster.  I think Mixon will be the man in Cincy in short order, and I can see Newton having a big bounce-back season.  Pryor is an unknown in Washington, but I gotta believe having Cousins as his QB makes him a safer bet than the garbage he played with last year.

If it were me, it would be a pretty easy decline.
