Trade: Allow or not? (NCAA P5) (1 Viewer)

I know many of you play college fantasy, and I am a relatively new commissioner of a league that has been around for quite some time. A trade happened immediately after the draft, which the system shouldn't have allowed, but the transactions will soon open again, and the owners will just likely repeat (unless Owner B has changed his mind).

12 team league, Power 5 only, full PPR. Here's the trade:  

• Owner A gets: Rondale Moore, WR, Purdue  
  
• Owner B gets: Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State + Quentin Harris, QB, Duke

The biggest problem I see here is that there isnt a voting option of "balanced or not, don't veto any trades"
