Especially with Colts Defense banged up, they will need to score more points, oline looking healthy.

The fact that people look at him as a 4th, or 5th offensive option in Indy is the EXACT reason you will be able to nab him at low price.

I'm advising all of my clients to invest in A-Gonz (Always wanted to be a stock broker)

Blue Horse shoe Loves Anthony Gonzalez (Wall Street)

Budding Star - Should be good for 60-100 yards a game with a few TD's sprinkled in every other game, maybe a 2 td game. Worthy of a WR2/3 if you have top tier RB's, and QB (Especially in a 12 plus team league)

meh..AG is decent, but with a weakened defense I don't think Indy will go the way of the shootout, but rather ball control offense with a power running game with Addai..if they get that working, they'll just eat up the clock...

yeah, i think i'd agree and that is coming from an anthony gonzalez owner. i'm currently trying to pair gonzalez with a RB (or two) for an upgrade at either RB or WR. with dallas clark around also, i'm not sure gonzalez' value goes way up.

He's a good dynasty target(and likely very expensive in that type of league) but for this year I think he's more of a hold or sell. He's the 5th option on that team.

Anybody who owns Anthony Gonzales in a dynasty is probably very aware of his long-term value beyond this year. That's the reason why whoever owns him picked him up in the first place. I doubt you'll be able to get him at much of a discount.

There's a reason you're not a stock broker. You're chasing profits. This would have been good a year ago. Now, the hype machine is a year old, his value is sky high, and with harrison sucking ballz AG is set to be a starter and 80+ catch man next year. He's ranked in the top 25 WRs dynasty wise, it's not cheap to get him.Probably valued right where he should be a for a future #2 WR. It's like telling your clients to go buy Apple, they're hot right now. Ehhh, would been more helpful before they exploded. With Wayne, I'm not sure he'll ever be a top 5 elite dominating WR. So there's just not alot of upside, considering he's valued so highly.

Im talking redraft folks,I see him as 50-100 yards every game, and 1 injury from older players from utting up wr1 #'sBut hey, maybe Im wrong. I just traded Randy Moss and Reggie Bush (NON PPR) for Addai, but the main reason I did it, was because I had A-Gonz as my 4th wr, and wanted to get him in my starting lineup every week.We will see, maybe this could be that thread I always wanted that I can bring back in a few weeks telling everyone I told ya so.

I wish I could have kept him, but moved him to acquire Owen Daniels to cover Winslow's bye week.

Had what I thought was the perfect WR corps:

2 vets (Edwards and Holt)

2 sophmores (A Gonzo and Megatron)

2 rookies (DeSean and Royal)

In that group I had a hard time ranking him above WR6 - sure he has outplayed Braylon and Torry, but their value is next to nothing at the present moment.

Just bad timing...hoping he's still a year away, but I'm already feeling seller's remorse.

Question:Why trade a WR with huge upside for A bye week cover TE?

:bye:

This is in dynasty?

Of course not, it's redraft. Dynasty and I never even consider it.

2008 - when the TE was out he was awesome. hasn't scored yet but boatloads of potential.

If Marvin and Dallas stay healthy, at best he gets 50-725-6.

In a year or two he's gonna be where Reggie was in 2004.
