What's your opinion of the following trade? What end of the trade do you like better? Is it fair, lopsided, etc?

Addai, Branch, and Vikings D

for

Witten and Steelers D

Worth noting its a 14 team league, so it is difficult to pick up viable free agents. It's a standard scoring league including PPR. You start 1 QB, 2 RB's and 2 WR's, 1 Flex, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Def/St. The team giving up Addai/Branch/Vikings has Bush, LJ, BGE, Charles, and Pierre Thomas. He has good WR's and his TE is Fasano. The team giving up Witten/Steelers has Julius Jones, Ahman Green, Brandon Jackson, Lamont Jordan, and Chris Perry as his RB's and his other TE is Shiancoe and Keller.
