I don't think the other owner would accept Rawls for either, but if they are hurting at RB and you could sell them on the fact that Hopkins has underperformed (which he has), or that Moncrief will have to share looks with Hilton/Dorsett/Doyle/Allen then you might convince them.
Nothing lost by making the offer. I'd target Moncrief first, but Hopkins is probably a more realistic option. He's on bye and is not the same player he was last year.
Then I'd take either--asap. To me, if you look past the name recognition Moncrief is the better player this year. He's played in roughly 2 1/2 games this year, and only has one less TD than Hopkins. Indy barely has a running game, their defense stinks, and Luck is much more talented than Osweiler.
I'd take either since Rawls is way down your depth chart and may not be that productive once he's healthy, but I'd prefer Moncrief over Hopkins.
