i've found recently that when i target some players as "buy lows" and offer a guy with real upside (like a musa smith in a keep3 league), that i oftentimes get told i'm crazy. then when i tell the owner about what musa smith's deal is (his contract, the situation in Balt, etc) that he gets intimidated that i know so much more about it than he does, and that i must know something more about who i'm targeting... so he gets intimidated and doesn't do ANY deal for the guy. recent examples are: offered leinert for brunell - negged. offered musa for maurice morris (to a guy with no playoff chance) - negged.
has anyone else run into this? how do you circumvent it? i'm having a hard time getting deals done lately, and i'm offering (in my mind) more than enough.
