Turner/Tomlinson combo for the next two weeks (1 Viewer)

Is this insane or is it coverage? I could easily see SD up by 21 at the start of the 3rd (half!) and could see Turner in at that time. Isn't it nuts to run L.T. when the season is virtually put away?

who would be benchable for this strategy to work? Or is it a week 17 strategy just a week early?

I am thinking about doing this as my options are Dunn and TJones. A a matter of fact I already have it in as my lineup with a little over an hour to change.

People may think I'm crazy, but I'm seriously considering starting him over Parker and Tatum Bell (well, no big surprise there). I love what Parker has done this year, but he's going against one of the best defenses in the league and played awful against them last time. People say never bench your studs, but the Raven D has only given up 5 TD's this year.

As for Turner this week, I see him playing extensively in the second half of this game. I can definitely see him getting 60-80 yards and a TD against a very weak Seahawk D. Also, he's due to break a kickoff for a TD sooner or later.

Thoughts?

Don't do it. Turner could get 5 carries in this game. Chargers are still fighting for home field and it's a must win for Seattle. The game should be fairly close, and I'm not sure Turner sees much PT. With the year Parker is having, can you really bench him for a backup? You're overanalyzing.

it's tough to bench the guy, but do you honestly expect from him this week?
Well I think he has a great chance to produce more fantasy points than Turner. He's gonna get 20+ carries. The Ravens play great D, but he could easily break one, and if not he'll still get you 80 Total yards with a good chance of a TD.Willie had a "tough" matchup last week on the road against Carolina and he lit it up. I don't have him on my team, but no way would I start Tatum or Turner ahead of him.

I'll have the LT/MT combo (super-size that), with no fumbles and extra TD's please. Isn't it a great feeling going into your championship game with LT in the backfield and having MT in your back pocket? This is my 1st chance at going for the big money (very tough league loaded with sharks). All I want for Christmas...

I did this earlier this year when everyone was hyping what a great move it was. Turner got a bagel that day.

No way I am trying it again this week in the semi's of our league.

LT will play and Turner stays on my bench.

We get return yards plus my only other option is Sammy Morris (Brown's back) for the flex position. I got LT and Jamal Lewis with MT picking up the slop. I'm comfortable with that...
