I belong in this one league that's featured in a TV show on a cable channel with a limited market (thank goodness). Right now, I feel real restricted in this league and feel it's for old-timers. We're allowed only 1 pickup a week (list of requests must be submitted by a certain date and one time only). We have to have our lineups set by the first kickoff, and they are frozen throughout the weekend (watch out for long weekends). Rules are not really published anywhere about these "minor" quirks. All I have to go by is scoring rules.
Obiviously I have a beef about it since the two TV hosts have been doing well so far with their teams. One is undefeated. In the begining, I thought I had a stacked team and now waiting for things to pan out. The starting requirements and roster size changed after our draft as well.
Any one gone through this ordeal in similar special leagues that looked cool at first?
