Urlacher overrated? (1 Viewer)

This guy regularly gets grouped at the bottom of the first tier of LBs but this week was my worst performer (dynasty team 2 in sig). I traded for this guy was hoping for more. Especially against the packers. I watched the whole game and he just doesn't seem t be all over the field like he used to. 1st week rust or getting old?

Thanks Jene but I'm not freaking out. I've been a Bears fan all my life and watched Urlacher his whole career. I think that there used to be a lot more mobility from him which helped him pile up the assists. Didn't see that much yesterday. He seemed to be staying in the middle more and letting the younger guys fly to the ball.

I don't think it's an ability issue at all. I think it's symptomatic of the Bears D being as good as it is and switching to a Tampa-2 which means more tackles for the corners and less for the LBs. But I'm not going to drop him or anything dumb like that. Also just learned that my league didn't score his assists, and they're supposed to be counted at a half point per assist.

Wasn't he the DPOY last season?

I'm disappointed with his week one performance, but not concerned one bit.
