I was just thinking about the Vikes. During the "Favre Years", they were making title runs. Before and after Favre, they said they're only a "qb away from a title run". With McNabb as an aging capable qb, do you think they make a run? Is McNabb undervalued right now? He could potentially be a top 10 qb like Favre was a few years back.

I don't like their OL or their WR's after Harvin. Add in the fact the teams in their division have got better and it's a no from me.

If they had kept Rice, I think the Vikes would be a very tough team. I like McNabb and with two very good WR's, a solid TE and an all world RB, defenses would be hardpressed to gameplan against them. Losing Rice was huge.

I think the Vikes will play better than last year but I think the ceiling for them is maybe 9-7 or 8-8. Probably more like 7-9 or 6-10 though.

McNabb is washed up. He can mentor Ponder from the sidelines. Throw Ponder into the fire, lets see what we've got.
