Vikings defense has tended to come out somewhat flat footed at the beginning of games.

Rhodes hurt somehow at the start of the play where he just face plants after the snap.

With a poor pass blocking line and QB who holds the ball too long, you're asking for a sack to knock them out of FG range

The Vikings get there with the pass rush but Jones almost puts a nice ball on Shephard who is wide open on a double move by Shephard that should have been a score.

Jones sacked on the next play by Barr. Flag though. Illegal contact on Anthony Harris negates the sack. 1st down.

Well having the whole LB core hurt and signing a guy off the street will do that to a unit.

Cook making a lot of defenders miss.

If Grant Haley looks back that's an INT. I HATE IT when CBs faceguard; It's so simple to do in that limited area and CBs never do it.

Zimmer was hot at Rhodes for getting beat off the line, I dunno what happened there but that seemed like Rhodes tried a jam that didn't work, Slayton's MO is a physical receiver who goes deep, he's a big play type of guy.
