just curious to see what they do, all mocks had them taking DeAngelo or LenDale.

now with this signing, its a win now attitude, i think i could see them taking Davis IF he's available there.

what do you guys think?

and what does this do to the crop of RBs coming out, how many go in the first round, is' funny that James signing could actually help Indy out in getting a better RB in the draft since there is one less team in need of a RB.

They need offensive line help, and defense

If San Fran does not take V Davis, then I think Buffalo may. They have not re-signed Mark Campbell and recently signed a DT Triplett.

I don't think that the TE is going to be that active as a WR in Fairchild's offense. I think that the signing of Andre Davis and Royale reflect that as well. You're going to see a lot of 3 and 4 WR sets with a TE used primarily for blocking. So I don't believe that Vernon Davis is in Buffalo's plans at all. I still think that Ferguson is #1 on their draft list and that Ngata is #2. Depending on what they do in free agency, I could see Huff in there at #2 instead of Ngata though.

As for the Cardinals, I think they have to be looking at help on their O-line still.

Maybe they should work on gettin Culpepper here. They have Warner in place until C-Pepp gets healthy and gets his head on straight. This would be the most unstoppable team in a long time if they had Davis and Culpepper with the pieces all ready in place.........

If they get Davis this team will be unstoppable.....even more than it may all ready be........
You gotta block people to be unstoppable.
I have a feeling the blocking may be a little better this season with a legitimate running threat in the back field. They go hand in hand.

maybe a draft day move where the cards move up to #4 and take brick then the Jets turn around and take White or Williams at #10 (plus picks)

ask Broncos what it takes for their two picks. Take 2 linemen and a WR if they can keep 3 picks in first 42

Brick won't be there at 10 unless they trade up. And IMO, another o-line pick doesn't make sense at #10. They either trade down, take a QB, or draft the best defensive player available.

My money is on QB (Young or Cutler). They have nobody behind Kurt Warner to groom and Kurt isn't exactly Mr. Durable at this point.
