Hey guys we have a Dynasty Ranking update by FBG Staff sighting

Can I get 3 cheers for Matt Waldman being the first to update his Dynasty Rankings.

Trading is about to open up in my dynasty 32 team league so I'm glad for this. Way to go Wildman.

His ranking of Harvin seems pretty low considering how Harvin played at the end of the season with a QB carousel. And most likely VIkings will get another top WR to take some defense attention off of Harvin.

Thanks Waldman! Couple of quick thoughts:

Two 'old warhorse' RBs (Gore and Turner) seem high for dynasty rankings.

Vincent Brown is nonexistent

Nice to see a preliminary ranking of Matt Flynn. Seems about right too.

I am a little surprised to see Powell and Carter ahead of Hunter and Ridley. But with Vereen so high I suppose I can understand the Ridley argument. But Powell has not show anything. But he may have opportunity if Greene tanks this year-that is true. This list raises more questions for me than answers. But then again, that is important as well.

I was very surprised at the Jacoby Ford ranking. I'm glad I held on to him, figured he'd have been 3rd on his own team.

There is so much wrong with these rankings, I don't know where to begin.But this seems like a pretty good spot.

Maybe the system requires you to update it in such an awkward manner but this seems really stupid. It's one thing to take unpopular stances - but to update your rankings but also say "They're not really updated." is...stupid, for lack of a better word. Especially if we're not dealing with a few minor tweaks.

Thanks Matt. Any constructive criticism or disagreement I have with your rankings is greatly exceeded by my appreciation for you getting it up there for us to consider. We're all passionate I am sure but let's keep some perspective here people. It just pisses me off that some of us have asked for early rankings and now that we have them, even in an imperfect form, we complain about its imperfection. Besides this is a great start for us to banter about what we like and don't like about the list rather than shoot the guy who put it up there in the first place. Let's show a little patience and civility.
