**I am going to DROP VJAX since he returned to play 3 minutes & now is out 2-3 weeks

**I am also considering Randy Moss things look hopeless in Tennessee, or keep Moss bc Collins may be back?

Hi Jeff – Wow, lost Gore tonight. Bummer. So I have an RB question, followed by a WR one.

I’m in our playoffs starting week 14 because I was hot for the first ten games…but “oh my” lately. And for this coming week 13, it doesn’t really matter if I win or lose. So for me it’s all about finding a way to get a win in the first week of the playoffs in week 14.

RB - I do have Reggie Bush, but he’s probably fairly unreliable. I also own Blount, and he has a fairly nice schedule, but hasn’t been too impressive lately. Bradshaw was golden early, but as you know, has a reduced role now. Whew! We can start 3 RBS, so ideally I’d have a solid threesome to trot out there.

1. With Gore gone, I’m wondering if you have any suggestions for our WW? I didn’t handcuff Gore because I didn’t know whether it would be Westbrook or Dixon or RBBC. I’m fairly high on the WW though, so if one of those guys is the one, I have a good shot at getting him.

In addition to Westbrook and Dixon, also on our wire are Maurice Morris, Toby Gerhart, and Tashard Choice.

12-team NON-PPR redraft league. Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 WR/RB Flex, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF. 16 player roster. Pass TDs = 4 pts, all others 6. 1 for 10 yards rushing or receiving, 25 yards passing.

My Team: QB: Eli, Ben

RB: Gore, Rice, Bradshaw, R Bush, Blount

WR: Calvin, Marshall, Fitzgerald, Britt

TE: Pettigrew, Graham DEF: NO, Cle K: Vinatieri

Then looking at WRs. I thought I was solid with Calvin and Fitz, but Arizona has been so bad at the QB position. Lost Marshall for a few weeks due to injury, along with him not playing all that well in Miami. Have kept Britt hoping for lightning in a bottle, but who knows?

Pretty slim pickin’s on our WW with Nate Burleson, James Jones, Mike Thomas, Robert Meachem, Lee Evans, Ben Obomanu, Jacoby Ford, Blair White, and Jerricho Cotchery.

Brad Smith was incredible for the Jets last week, but with Holmes and Edwards on a running team, I can’t imagine he’s the answer.

Jacoby Ford also had quite a day for Oakland!

2. I guess I’m a bit down with my guys just not having a great end to the season. Any thoughts to cheer me up?

Im looking to take what I can to the playoffs but want to be smart about it. I only have a few transactions left so can't go week to week. Here are my thoughts, let me know what you think. . .

Drop: Gore (cant keep), Blount (inconsistent/tough sched), Keiland(splitting with Davis now)

Add: Goodson, Westbrook, Gerhart (or keep Blount)

Reasoning for the Gerhart move, while I know ADP is maybe out this week only if at all, I play his owner and would like to block/play him if he's a go. That, however, may now be the best move in the long run. Obviously Rice would be the fourth. Addai and Torain will present issues when they are healthy but thats okay. Essentially, which three would you bring along going forward or how would you rank the guys available?

and finally, which two would you start this week?

I would look to drop Gore for Westbrook or Ivory, then Woodhead if not.

Wells and Stewart have been huge disappointments but both are very cheap keepers, Addai is a little steep to keep but things could change depending on his situation.

obviuosly, I'm out Collie, VJax and SSmith right now. All are reasonably cheap keepers, but are all worth stashing?

FA is thin but it looks like right now Im starting Foster, ADP, Harvin, Wallace but flex is scary. Im considering dropping VJax because who knows when he's back and if he holds out again next year. you are in good shape. The Vick/Kolb combo is a good one for the stretch run.At kicker, Hartley. One waiver kicker is succop who could be decent, but Hartley is still very good.At WR, I would sit Santana with the way Wash is playing. AT RB, McCoy, Stewart, and Westbrook are good

Bradshaw has a tough matchup against WASH this week. Like Stewart this week, while Ivory has Bush and Thomas to compete with for carries

I think I would go with Welker as last starter. Lew has tailed off a little, but I think he will have a big game Sunday. Watson is a decent start if not. Watson is best when Colt McCoy is QB though. At defense, I like AZ & Indy (if Indy is home)

Hi Jeff,

I hope all is well. I'm an ADP owner and its looking like he plays, but I don't know who to start @ 2RB, mainly because I have pretty ugly options with Best disappearing (dropped him this week). I am seriously considering starting both Peterson and Gerhardt. I don't think its going to be a blowout win for Minn, but I do think there will be a lot of points scored on both sides of the ball.

So, how would you rank the RBs on my squad?

Choice has a nice matchup, but its unclear how the Boys will use him?

Would you start the MINN backfield or another combination?

If Peterson is out , who do you start?

Lastly, I've got Wallace in as my second WR. Bryant seems to be fading.

Hi Jeff,

I hope all is well. I'm an ADP owner and its looking like he plays, but I don't know who to start @ 2RB, mainly because I have pretty ugly options with Best disappearing (dropped him this week). I am seriously considering starting both Peterson and Gerhardt. I don't think its going to be a blowout win for Minn, but I do think there will be a lot of points scored on both sides of the ball.

So, how would you rank the RBs on my squad?

Choice has a nice matchup, but its unclear how the Boys will use him?

Would you start the MINN backfield or another combination?

If Peterson is out , who do you start?

Lastly, I've got Wallace in as my second WR. Bryant seems to be fading.

I think I like Brandon Jax more than Gerhart IF ADP plays. Wallace vs Bryant is very close. I think I would go with Wallace only if Ben plays

Should I counter DeAngelo Williams? or just jump on it to get CJ

I have 2 first round picks probably 6th to 10th range next year as well.

I am in a PPR league and have a few quick questions.

1) If Adrian Peterson starts/plays, is he ok to put into my starting lineup or should I put in Green-Ellis instead?

2) Are Santana Moss and Greg Jennings healthy enough to start?

3) I have Blair White that I got off the waiver wire this week, is he a better start than my other bench guys for my 3rd WR spot? I have Ochocinco, Nate Washington, Jabar Gaffney and Nate Burleson to sub in. I was thingking Ocho or White, but Washington could be an ok WR3, what do you think?

I do not like it for you. Not a brown fan, and Morris/Jacobs are nor valuable. Mendenhall/Colston worth more than Johnson, imo

Hey Scott, I would play Peterson if he starts. BJGE has a tough matchup and plays after ADP so you can wait it out.At WR, it is close for me. I think Santana is healthy enough, but I do not like his matchup. Would sit him. Would start Jennings for sure, though, as long as he plays. I would start Chad and White or Washington (close).

Like Austin for sure. Tough choice between Alexander and Thomas. I think I would go with Alexander and hope for bog play. In non-PPR, Alexander has better shot of scoring.

At TE, I would go with Heap the way he is playing.

Hey, sorry for the tough luck. I would keep White. He has been on fire. Choice is the only one of those three to target and he should be much cheaper given the situation. I like Moeaki ok. Ben Watson is a good sleeper this week.
