I like Cutler better than Palmer. The other one is a good move to get Eli. I like it even though you are overpaying some ... but it does not matter if you need a win

Most likly can swing #3 deal above but you say that you'd rather play Cutler vs Philly over Palmer vs Denver.Other options that I can pick up as free agents off of the waivers are:1. Cutler is fine. Painter and Jackson will not be bad options 17-22 fantasy points or more. I just would not trade for a QB that is no better than these off the waiver wire. I think TJax is a great start this week and Cutler not bad either

Tom Brady signed to a 3 year deal worth $23 annually or Dez Bryant signed to an 8 year $18 contract annually AND Tony Romo signed to a 1 to 3 year deal worth $15 to $18?

Our total cap is $170.

I've got Romo/Bryant and have a chance at landing Brady. I live in New England and have been a Pats fan my entire life. I'm too emotional to make a rational decision on this one. Please help!

RB: Blount/Jonathan Stewart/Mark Ingram/Stevan Ridley/Trent Richardon

So with our scoring where a QB gets 1 pt per 25 yds, 0.2 pts per completion, -0.3 pts per incompletion, 6 pts per TD and -3 pts per interception / fumble which QB would you start if you had to make a choice ? How would you rank them? Sorry but I need to win to have a chance to make the playoffs. Cheers....

Hey, I appreciate the hometown love, but feel Dez is worth more on his own than Brady. Not a huge Romo fan, but would stay put. The NE weather will knock down Brady's numbers some in the coming weeks. Plus, do you expect him to play (healthily) for three seasons

Just looked it up, and am surprised to see Jackson WAY in front of Cutler and Painter in your scoring. I would go with him against Dallas

Thank you! I'm not going to make the deal.I guess it is unrealistic to think he'll be as good or healthy for the next three seasons but his system is still solid and sometimes spectacular. And he's stated that he wants to play until 40 years old. He is in great shape. And all that said, deep down I know you are right. The other thing is that I have Rivers and Luck too.

I've also got owners in my league telling me to do the deal because they think Bryant "will be the biggest disappointment WR ever." That's a direct quote. I don't agree and am starting to think I would be selling low on Bryant who would definitely be more of a hold in my mind. The way I'm viewing my team, I can keep Bryant for years as a #2 WR which would be good value.



Which QB do you like better in a dynasty league, Romo or Rivers? In this league they are both $15 so I could sign either to a long term deal. In theory I could have Rivers/Romo for 1-3 years and sign Luck to a very long term deal of 10 years (he would then be $15 per year which would be great value if he becomes very good).

Also overall, my strategy has been to sign QBs and WRs who are good, proven, young and cheap to long term deals. RBs which tend to be more expensive and get injured I sign to shorter term deals. Does that make sense to you?

Simple sit/start question. Who do you start in the flex in a .5 ppr? R. Mendenhall vs. BAL or S. Breaston vs. MIA. I am having a very hard time trusting Mendenhall against Baltimore. He has not done much this year and against Baltimore I am really concerned. I have a very close matchup this week, and am afraid he could hang as few as 3 pts. on me.

I like Rivers more than Romo. Would look to sign Romo to 2 yrs, Rivers to 3yrs and Luck longterm. Also, in most leagues, the longer contracts for top QBs make them even more valuable

Bloom and Dodds were split on ranking of Ced Benson and Javon Ringer. Now they both favor Ringer in all formats. Despite Waldman's matchup article that Ringer has a tough mathcup and Benson has a good matchup. Benson is a bellcow and Ringer is a RBBC.

I don't trust the ranking. Can you confirm?

Through some solid planning and trading execution coming into this year my dynasty team I thought was the greatest the world had ever seen. It's a dynasty PPR 12 team. WR - Steve Smith, Roddy White, Hakeem Nicks, Vincent Jackson, Lance Moore, Mark Clayton

TE - Jimmy Graham, Jermichael Finley, Ben Watson

K - Mason Crosby

DEF - DEF by committee

Believe it or not I had Andre Johnson but was so frustrated with the injuries I moved him for Steve Smith and Draft picks. If you were picking this team you would need most all your picks in the first 4 rounds!

After losing to a very so/so team this week full of wavier wire LUCK I'm going to be 5-4 and hoping to make the playoffs. Every week I have 3-4 excellent players on my bench and I'm hoping to find a way to do a 3 for 1 or 2 for 1 for one of the top 3 guys out there. McCoy, RRice, Foster, ADP, Forte....something like that. Because of my frustration I'm worried that I'm going to give up a huge deal to someone for one of these elite guys and end up making their team WAY better and only getting a modest bump in production from the one elite guys I get back.

I'm not sure my exact question because I know what I want to do (2/3 for 1 upgrade) I just am just hoping to get a little insight on what you think a team like this should do.

For your team, I like Ford then the IDPs. The TEs will not help you enough given you have Gronk.

Every week I have 3-4 excellent players on my bench and I'm hoping to find a way to do a 3 for 1 or 2 for 1 for one of the top 3 guys out there. Because of my frustration I'm worried that I'm going to give up a huge deal to someone for one of these elite guys and end up making their team WAY better and only getting a modest bump in production from the one elite guys I get back. I'm not sure my exact question because I know what I want to do (2/3 for 1 upgrade) I just am just hoping to get a little insight on what you think a team like this should do.

You have a very good squad and luck sometimes happens. I think the first thing is to find the guys you want to hang onto, and trade the rest (of the stars) for upgrades. I would keep Stafford and Newton at QB, and use Kolb as trade bait. At RB, I would look to move Bradshaw and Wells. At WR, I would keep Smith, VJax and Nicks, putting Roddy on the block. Definitely keep the two best young TEs.This leaves Kolb, Bradshaw, Wells, and Roddy White to offer for a stud. I would then look at the rosters and try to spot a team with just one star (McCoy, Rice, Foster, etc) and offer them multiple starters for the stud. I would add Mendenhall if need be, but only if you get a great return for him. One of the best YOUNG up and coming RBs valued less than the studs But, I would freely give the other four listed.

Congrats on the great start. This team also has Cam Newton if I am reading right. I would offer Fitz, Sproles (or Ingram) Marshall for Cam, Charles and see if you can swing it. If not, add Carter or Gonzo (ask for Ballard back if so) ... Getting Charles for next year would be great. feel free to ask anything ...I like getting mathews at that price even though most would think you are overpaying. Might look at what other player you will receive (prospect) to make it a 2 for 2 deal
