The WCOFF and WCOFS web sites, as well as the WCOFFboards have gone black. As you're all aware, many WCOFF 2010 winners remain unpaid. The site going down is a troubling sign.

Why didn't you post that you know that a sale of the business has been announced and they have said the rest have will be paid when this is completed?

Doesn't mean the site is going down as OP said.Read that it had to do with a certificate not being current which I'm sure is being corrected and overlooked in the transition.
FAAB deadline was moved back tonight and ran fine at the new deadline.

They announced a "transaction" and "transfer of ownership" Many of the same pricipals may very well still be involved after the "sale". They never said that everyone will be after, what hey said was no one is going to be paid durring the transfer (30-45 days) and after the would start processing payments again. Every statement they make is carefully worded to leave them an out. It will be June at the earliest. They have missed several self imposed deadlines this year.
