Thanks for the info. I know there is a website that breaks down each year with saleries as well, anybody know that one?

its really out of place on that website but i assure you its at the bottom of the page there's a link to "salary cap data."

its up to date as of 4/08 and its the best ive ever found by a longshot

HERE is a link to a page that links to salary cap infor for many (if not all) teams. Detailed info should be available from each team's link (they are about 3/4 of the way down). Not sure how current or accurate they are, but they should be better than nothing.
