I'll start:
Caleb Williams v NE
Tua Tagovaiola @ LAR
Sam Darnold @ JAX
Seems like it has to be Darnold, right?
Yeah, can't see sitting Darnold for either of those guys, especially given the Jags matchup.
Super Flex, PPR:
I need a Super Flex starter but Flacco and the Tennessee QB are my only options. So, do I stick with a QB or mix it up with either a WR or a RB?
Flacco v Buf
QB TEN @ LAC
Chase Brown @ Bal
David Montgomery @ Hou
DeAndre Hopkins v Den
Terry McLaurin v Pit
I think I roll with Flacco. Bills D isn't the Vikings D when it comes to pressure, and Colts should have their LT back.
Big one:
FFPC scoring:
How about your top FIVE from the following:
D.Swift vs NE
K.Shakir @ IND
J.Downs vs BUFF
D.Mooney @N.O.
Q.Johnson vs TENN
E.Engram vs MINN
J.Ferguson vs PHI
Swift>Engram>Mooney>Ferguson>Shakir
PPR league. Need a TE for Bowers bye:
* T. Hill vs ATL -- No Olave. No Shaheed. No K. Miller. Think J. Williams still banged up. Rushed for a TD caught 4 balls last week. I'd think he's part of the game plan (along with Kamara catching 15 balls).
or
* M. Gesicki @BALT -- Assumes no Tee Higgins who has been DNP for two days and a Thursday night game tmrw. Gesicki has averaged 6-70 in Higgins absence. 2 TDs last week. No E. All either who has a torn ACL. Basically their #2 WR minus Higgins.
Which?
Thanks
Hill has traditionally always crushed against Atlanta. Its not the "strongest" analysis, but I feel like now that Gesicki has everyone on board with starting him when Higgins is out, he's gonna disappoint. I'd go Hill.
Standard scoring
Need 3 from the following (or just pick 1 to leave out, same outcome)
B.Hall @ Cards - frustrating experience this guy with Rodgers throwing so much but his potential is always there
D.Achane @ Rams - Can't bench, involved in both phases passing and rushing, Mostert keeps fumbling which is a plus for him
Monty @ Texans - Always solid but Texans are tough against the run and he really needs a TD every week
C.Brown @ Ravens - used last week with the nice matchup but this one looks rough, should be involved in the short passing game though
Thanks!
For me Achane and Hall are locks. I think I sit Monty, but its a coinflip between him and Brown. I trust Monty more, but Brown likely has a higher ceiling. 51-49 edge to starting Brown.
0.5 PPR - 6pt / passing TD
Need 1 QB:
Jayden Daniels vs Pitt
Sam Darnold at Jax
Need 1 Flex:
Josh Downs vs Balt
Jauan Jennings at TB
Regardless of matchup, I can't get behind starting Darnold over Daniels.
I like Downs (vs Buf) over Jennings. No idea where Jennings will be in the pecking order as last time he was playing, CMC and Pearsall weren't playing, though Aiyuk was.
I have a waiver claim for Mark Andrews right now.
If I get him tomorrow morning who would you start in a full PPR league:
Andrews vs CIN
LaPorta vs HOU
Both are super risky and Kraft is on Bye. FWIW I have and will be flexing Monty and I think Williams is back for DET too.
Edit: Opp has Lamar so if he tosses Andrews way I can play that angle as well.
I'd go Andrews over LaPorta given the matchup. Every Ravens/Bengals game seems to be a shootout.
Questions for two different leagues but both are 0.5 PPR:
TE:
- Pitts vs. Saints
- Hockenson vs. Jaguars
QB:
- Rodgers vs. Cardinals
- Herbert vs. Titans
FLEX:
- Tracy vs. Panthers
- Chuba vs. Giants
Need to see more from Hockenson before I start him over Pitts.
I'm leaning Rodgers over Herbert, just thinking its a higher scoring game, and maybe last week's 2nd half (where Rodgers looked like the Rodgers of old, instead of old Rodgers) wasn't a mirage.
Gotta go Tracy against a team the NYG should beat. Also Brooks cutting into Chuba's workload is a concern, assuming he's active.
STD scoring, 6pt/TD
Flowers vs CIN
McLaurin vs PIT
Leaning Flowers based on CIN secondary being weaker than PITs.
Another 51-49 situation, but I lean McLaurin just from a consistency standpoint.
