Week 11 Waiver Targets (1 Viewer)

I imagine Chester Taylor if there is an Adrian Peterson owner that has not had him handcuffed all season. Probably not out there in too many leagues, but you gotta like the matchup against Oakland this week if he is available...

Mark Clayton, if Boller takes over

If have absolute dead weight and want to take a flyer:

Rex Grossman

Kellen Clemens

Brodie Croyle

Michael Turner got dropped in my league; I'm going to try and pick him up and deal him to the LT owner as playoff insurance.

I actually think Clemens will be quite serviceable down the stretch. But then...I'm a homer so it could be wishful thinking.

Haven't seen Clemens play much, but have to think his arm strength is an improvement over Penny's. Do you have any insight as to which wr he seems to favor - Coles or Cotchery?

I don't think he "favors" one over the other, but if there is a significant bump in value...it's to Cotch. Clemens brings an entirely new dimension to the game than Penny. He's more mobile and stronger. Penny's forte was decision making. He's really smart (should go into coaching when done) but even his "good" decisions went bad a lot because the ball wasn't getting there soon enough. All this to say that, I suspect since the Jets have nothing to lose the rest of the year I think they'll go to the air a bit more. Why not? And Cotch can stretch the field now with someone who can get him the ball deep. Same for Coles in reality...but he was already solid before getting hurt.

With no depth and LJ and AP going down, I had to opt for Duckett and Pittman. Pittman I may have to actually start... to say the least, I'll be limping pathetically ahead at RB...
