:kicksrock:

Will the no-name offense for Baltimore make a name for themselves?

Will Clinton Portis find a new part of his body to injure?

Will Ray Ray spark a new dance trend?

Tune in for the Battle of the Beltways....

....and don't be crabby about it.

INACTIVES:

Redskins: QB Colt Brennan (3rd), CB Shawn Springs, LB Marcus Washington, DT Kedric Golston, G Jason Fabini, T Chad Rinehart, DE Erasmus James, TE Fred Davis.

Ravens: QB Todd Bouman (3rd), WR Terrance Copper, WR Marcus Maxwell, DB Evan Oglesby, T Oniel Cousins, G David Hale, TE Edgar Jones, DT Lamar Divens.

Derrick Mason is a go, as is Portis.

several key Skins defensive players are out (Springs, Washington) Hoping for a Skins win, but not expecting it.

anyone think we'll have a mcgahee sighting tonight?
Yes, cameras do show the sidelines.;)Who knows if he'll be in there. It seems that they love to work McClain against weaker / smaller defensive lines. They may favor using him and Rice tonight against the Redskins, but it is really a mystery known only to Harbaugh (and actually to Cam Cameron).

FYI - Neither team has done well in prime time of late, and to further superstitious activity the Ravens did not go "all black" with their unis, favoring white pants to go with their black jerseys - the first time they've put those two together.

Oh, and the Redskins should be pummeled tonight by a strong defense and an underrated Ravens offense.

31-13 Baltimore.

Rice with a nice run there, 21 yards after McGahee got nothing on the first run of the game.

ETA: And then McClain carries it in for the TD. There's just no relief..

Watch for lots of love to head towards Ray Rice's way this postseason (yes, I think Baltimore will be in it) much like the fantasy world fell in love with Ahmad Bradshaw.

The Redskins in prime time this season:

Lost 16-7 at NY Giants

Lost 23-6 vs. Pittsburgh

Lost 14-10 vs. Dallas

Tonight is not looking much better.

Why do I get the feeling it is going to take Zorn 2+ quarters to adjust to what Baltimore is doing on D?

All right, let's get some Redskin love in here! Down 7-0 and our punter stinks, but there's plenty of time!

I would like to edit my previous post:

Mike Sellers hurdling again. Skins delay of game very next play. Way to build momentum.

Skins are going to have to get the passing game going tonight, cause I don't think Portis is going to find much room to run.

Campbell sacked like a ragdoll on 3rd and 14. He's not going to live through the night if they don't figure out the Ravens' blitz.

as a Skins fan, starting to worry that Campbell just isn't the guy we hoped he could be. Zero touch on that short pass to Portis.

The Ravens dominated the Steelers very early this year through the first half. Baltimore did the same against Tennessee the next week. Baltimore lost both games. I don't think the Ravens let up on the Skins tonite. Look for the Ravens to continue to attack and if MacGahee can't wipe the slippery stuff off his fingers, to be on the sidelines again. I think Harbaugh really wanted MacGahee to come out tonite and be dominate, MacGahee better step it up or get used to the bench. The defense isn't going to let up tonite and the Ravens need to be able to run the ball effectively

I don't totally dislike what I see from Campbell. Almost everybody out there can take a bit of blame for the offense's lack of potency. That being said, I would like to see him develop a little better touch and gain more confidence in finding downfield receivers. There's been far too many 3rd and longs where he's checked down to one of his shallow receivers and we've failed to convert.

Campbell with a very nice 17yd completion to Randle-El and then he follows it up with a bullet to the grass in front of Mike Sellers. Inconsistency.

boy Zorn looked PISSED. Its getting harder and harder to be positive about this offense and this season.
