Interesting to see which players dot the most lineups.

shockingly I think Russel Wilson might be on the most teams in here.

plenty of Gurley, Hunt, Allen, Tate, MJones, and some of the lower tier QBs who got opportunity in Bortles, Keenum, Foles, etc.

this sure seems to have been a great year for QB Freefall, that’s for sure.

I wonder how many Hunt vs Gurley matchups there are. I face Gurley in my LCG & like the matchup much better at home vs MIA over AT TEN.

Fun topic to browse through - thanks to the OP for starting it.

not sure what you really mean about "QB Freefall".

I will say that the motley assortment of QBs I starting (Goff in one dynasty league, Cutler in another) is due to injuries hitting the QB position hard.

I imagine few/no teams were riding these 2nd and 3rd tier QBs for the whole season. It's just that Rodger then Watson then Wentz all go down (and throw Luck in there for dynasty and redraft teams who drafted him expecting him to be back by mid-year), folks are scrambling for a start-able backup. It's the year of the QB Injury.

And in one dynasty league, I had Big Ben tearing it up behind Wentz, but I decided to cash in on Big Ben for a 3rd rounder the week before Wentz got hurt, expecting Ben to retire after this year. Then Wentz got hurt, I had no backup and now I'm starting Jay Freakin' Cutler in the 3rd place game. :(

I mean a lot of guys like me who don’t invest a top 5 round pick on a QB ended up with a lot of quality options.

Sure; the flip-side of that is a lot of teams who had elite options who go hurt had to go to fallback options - but by the time Wentz was hurt I’m pretty sure the quality backups were scooped up already.

In my leagues Keenum, Geoff, Bortles, McClown, heck even Gabbert was picked up at one point.

teams with Brees & Matt Ryan likely didn’t get the ceilings they expected though the floors weren’t bad.

Some teams that got lucky with McClown & Watson saw their carriages turn into pumpkins too late to find a replacement.

So yeah - for guys like me who wait until the 8, 9, 10th rounds to take a QB1, there were a lot of good options this year if our late round QBs didn’t work out.

FWIW Wentz was a free-fall dream this year - 18th round in my IDP (about a 10-12 round pick in redraft equivalence)

just sayin - it was a good year for free fail.

In my 12 team dynasty, starting the following:

qb Dak Prescott (lost Wentz to injury)

rbs Leveon Bell, LeSean McCoy

wrs Michael Thomas, Keenan Allen, JuJu Smith-Schuster (TY Hilton benched)

te Delanie Walker

pk Matt Prater

def Lions D

8 Team PPR League:

QB: Big Ben

WR: Larry Fitz, AJ Green, Thielen

RB: Ingram, Hunt

Flex: M. Gordon

TE: Olsen

K: Lutz

Def: KC

Bench: A. Brown, K. Drake, L. Fournette, D. Thomas, J. Doyle, Vikes Def

Thats my current lineup for finals this week. Since its a 8 team league everyone is pretty stacked. My team is a little more stacked then the others lol. Losing Brown hurts. My WR's have sucked lately and I don't feel confident this week either. RB's have carried my team. Can't decide which RB's to start. I'll probably pick the wrong lineup. Last week I had Hunt on the bench and Drake in.

10 team work league

qb Blake Bortles or Marcus Mariota (leaning Bortles, lost Rodgers)

rb Jay Ajayi, Kenyan Drake (Carlos Hyde on bench)

wrs Michael Thomas, Keenan Allen, Robert Woods (Woods in RB/WR flex)

te Zach Ertz

pk Harrison Butker

def Chargers D

My opponent has the better team on paper, but did lose Antonio Brown and I've beaten him twice this year already.

Im playing Zeke and McCoy  versus Hunt and Leveon Bell...... the site I just looked at have them ranked 4 and 5  vs 1 and 2

PPR all:

Brady,Bell,Hunt,McKinnon,Mike Davis (or PRichardson), Fitzgerald, Juju, Gronk, K and D

Brady, Hunt, JWilliams, Julio, Hill, Dez,Gronk, K and D, and one more flex am torn between Kerwynn Williams if he plays or KBenjamin or Gore.

Brees, Hunt, Kamara, Julio, Hill, Juju, Ertz, Ravens, Prater

Foles, Hunt, Latavius, Keenan, MThomas, Gronk, Gould and without the ability to pick up anymore players due to transaction limits I screwed myself into the choice between the Bills defense at Foxboro or the Titans at home vs the Rams. And the points are weighed heavily for defenses here. A bad game could be negative points.

roger that.

and, yes, I've also always been a "wait on QB" drafter in all my leagues. Not sure if it's the right or wrong thing (the only "right" strategy is drafting guys who actually end up preforming well and not getting hurt. YWIA for the Expert Tip) but I agree that there always seems to be high upside value when taking the ~11th and ~14th QBs off the board, for example.

Well yeah - “pick guys who are good & stay healthy” is a tried & true draft strategy.

Jokes aside, in start 1 QB leagues it absolutely makes sense to wait & grab 2 guys who could be top 5.

Matty Ice last year, Wentz or Alex Smith this year, etc. allows you to stack on RB/WR early & end up with a potentially deeper team.

My problem is that in both my leagues the other teams have started to punish the QBFF guys (it’s about 50-50 guys who take a QB in the first 5 & those who wait). Now some of them are taking a backup QB in the 8-9-10 rounds, trying to stymie the QBFF guys.

Super annoying.

Just a second opportunity to stockpile depth elsewhere before grabbing McCown and Keenum on your way to the title!

Just made my final lineup tweaks post-waivers barring surprise injuries/deactivations during practice reports.  Betting heavily on upside plays as I'm a significant underdog in both my matchups.

0.5 PPR, 16-Team League (just lost Antonio Brown, my opponent has JuJu... what fun!)

QB - Drew Brees
WR - Jarvis Landry / Sterling Shepard
RB - Alex Collins / Joe Mixon (if he plays, will otherwise be swapped out for Gio)
TE - Greg Olsen
W/T - Damiere Byrd
K - Kai Forbath
DEF - Jacksonville

BENCH - Giovani Bernard, Javorius Allen, Mike Davis, Jamison Crowder, Kendall Wright

Byrd gets the nod as the upside play over Crowder (don't like that Broncos matchup) and Wright (who has a safe PPR floor but I can see them leaning on Howard as they should be up big against the winless Browns).

Standard, 16-Team League (my opponent just lost Antonio Brown and I have JuJu - however, they also have Kamara, Hunt, Drake, Gronk, Goodwin, Ravens D/ST - what fun!)

QB - Russell Wilson
WR - Tyreek Hill / JuJu Smith-Schuster
RB - Devonta Freeman / Mike Gillislee (if active, will otherwise be swapped out for Powell)
TE - Cameron Brate (if he plays, will otherwise be swapped out for Ebron)
W/T - Sterling Shepard
W/R/T - Damiere Byrd
K - Chris Boswell
DEF - Jacksonville

BENCH - Eric Ebron, Bilal Powell, Wayne Gallman, Tion Green, Charcandrick West

I'm doubling down on the high upside Shepard / Byrd tandem.  Believe I'm currently projected to lose this matchup by over 20 points.

Foles

Gordon / Crowell

Thielen / Woods

James

Butker

BAL

Drafted the RB's.  The rest came from the waiver wire.  Foles and James I added in Week 15.  Went through 9 QB's (drafted Luck and Palmer), a half-dozen TE's, and five kickers on this team.  Been a crazy year.

This won't work for leagues that aren't a) redraft and b) have locked rosters at the start of the Sunday games, but I plan on emptying out my bench players and grabbing any and all potential handcuffs possible for the later games. Just in case something wonky happens: Maybe Philly has the #1 locked up and Foles is a little tight in warmups, I'll at least have Sudfeld instead of the now-useless Matt Ryan.

Probably not gonna matter, but you can't be too careful.

12 Team 1 PT PPR, 2RB, 2WR, 3 Flex

R. Wilson, D. Lewis, M. Ingram, D. Freeman, K. Allen, A. Theilen, Fitz, J. Gordon, Doyle, Walsh, LA Rams

Bolded were drafted.

Ok, I'll play along.  I was in 4 leagues this year, and luckily enough, I made the finals in 3/4.

Notable injuries.........In league 1 I lost ANTONIO BROWN/DALVIN COOK and several others along the way.  In league 2 I lost ANTONIO BROWN there also. Note plenty of overlap/similarities to the first 2. Some by design, and injury too.

LEAGUE #1 - (Biggest $$$ league)

QB - BEN ROETHLISBERGER

WR1- BRANDIN COOKS

WR2- STERLING SHEPARD

WR3 - KEELAN COLE

RB1 - KENYAN DRAKE

RB2 - ALEX COLLINS

TE - JESSE JAMES

K- WILL LUTZ

 DEF - BALTIMORE

BENCH - ANTONIO BROWN, GIO BERNARD,DERRICK HENRY, DOUG MARTIN,MATT BREIDA, JOSH DOCTSON.

Massive underdog in this league, and losing AB hurt tremendously, just lucky to have a shot...and I am about a 25 point dog.  Other team is loaded with Ezekiel Elliot,  Todd Gurley, Greg Olsen, Julio Jones, Keenan Allen, Doug Baldwin, Jerrick McKinnon etc.  Mentally conceded this one. :wall:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LEAGUE #2 -  Had Antonio Brown here also from a midseason trade, lost him here also.

QB - BEN ROETHLISBERGER

WR1 - JULIO JONES

WR2 - STERLING SHEPARD

WR3 - KEELAN COLE

RB1 - TODD GURLEY

RB2 - ALEX COLLINS

TE - JESSE JAMES

K - HARRISON BUTKER

DEF - PITTSBURGH

BENCH - ANTONIO BROWN, JACK DOYLE, GIO BERNARD, DION LEWIS, DERRICK HENRY, PEYTON BARBER

Actually facing the same owner as above. Another good team that includes Greg Olsen , Russell Wilson, Mike Evans, DeAndre Hopkins, Kareem Hunt, Melvin Gordon, JAX. etc.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LEAGUE #3 -  I was loaded from day one.   .25 PPR (and points per touch, and points per completion)

Had Aaron Rodgers after an owner dropped him weeks ago. But I played Bortles over him last week, and never got to even use Rodgers.

QB - BLAKE BORTLES  (drafted Mariota, snagged Wentz, and here we have Bortles lol)

 WR1- TYREEK HILL

WR2 - LARRY FITZGERALD

 RB1 - LESEAN MCCOY

RB2- KAREEM HUNT

TE - GREG OLSEN

FLEX - CARLOS HYDE

K - CHRIS BOSWELL

DEF - RAMS/MINNESOTA

BENCH - AJ GREEN, JACK DOYLE, SAMAJE PERINE, DERRICK HENRY, CHRIS IVORY.   JUST HAD TO DROP DEMARYIUS THOMAS TO SNAG A DEFENSE.

The majority of the season, I had 3 top 5ish ppr wrs, and 3 top 5ish ppr rbs , and was rolling out Wentz.

Not too stoked about rolling out Tyreek Hill AND Kareem Hunt, but I don't love AJ Green this week. He could get pulled at any time.  I feel like I got a solid chance at winning in this one, but the other 2 leagues I will need help.

I need a monstrous day from Big Ben and Alex Collins in the first 2 leagues, and I need Olsen to stay quiet.

As fantasy goes, I'M FACING BEN ROETHLISBERGER , AND I AM STARTING GREG OLSEN IN LEAGUE #3 , AND THE REVERSE IS TRUE IN THE OTHER 2 LEAGUES. LOL  :wall:

I picked up Jesse James, hoping for a lightning bolt Ben to Jesse James combo. I'm going to need some Hellacious luck to win all three, and I likely have my best chance at only winning league #3. ALEX COLLINS will likely dictate any title hopes in 2 leagues.

The only good news is, I have already locked up and made deals for a substantial amount of the money.

That’s one hell of a dynasty roster.

You had AB as well? Good god.

Best dynasty team I’ve ever seen.
I think this was in his three team dynasty league with his mom and aunt ;)

12 team (1 keeper) league with PP2R

Winston or Foles (wrestling with this one)

Gurley and Fournette

Michael Thomas, Marvin Jones, and Martavis Bryant (normally would have Antonio Brown and Davante Adams in with Thomas  :(  )

Lambo

Chiefs

Flacco (streaming in place of Ryan)

Ingram

Kamara

McCoy (Collins if McCoy does not practice full tomorrow)

DHop

Keenan

Gronk

Tucker

Lions

Weak at QB, and nervous about McCoy, but pretty happy everywhere else.
