This is football, people. Crybabies not welcome. You realize that the only thing that matters is the score, right?not reallyStill a game, boys.
He has incredible hands, but his route running is sub-par. He is who he is, because of the team he is on and the protection his QB gets. If he is so great, where was he in Oakland?I don't care what anyone says Randy Moss is the best receiver in the game right now!
Nope, that just adds to the illusion that this is a game.Just going to keep a runing tab of why the Giants lost this game:
1. Toomer drop on third down
2. Phantom illegal contact call against Giant defending Stallworth, negating a third down sack of Brady
3. Moss gets away with pushing off on a TD catch
4. Giants scored too quickly on a kick return
"sub-par" , lol.He has incredible hands, but his route running is sub-par. He is who he is, because of the team he is on. If he is so great, where was he in Oakland?I don't care what anyone says Randy Moss is the best receiver in the game right now!
care to unpack this for me?not reallyStill a game, boys.
He looked crazy fast on that return. Wonder if he's got any long-term potential at WR.Hixon may not only be known for the Everrett incident this year!!!!

Excellent call, as Goofball Gumbel mentions it right after the commercial break.Hixon may not only be known for the Everrett incident this year!!!!
Still don't think it'll be close. You realize that the only thing that matters is the score, right?not reallyStill a game, boys.

I disagree with this. I would say that Moss was terrible in Oakland due to the fact that Oakland is a loser franchise and it brought him down. He's not a leader. I would say that 2 years in Oakland is the anamoly, not the other 8 years on the Vikes/Pats.He has incredible hands, but his route running is sub-par. He is who he is, because of the team he is on and the protection his QB gets. How did the penalty affect that play? He already out ran the coverage...he could have went for 15 more yards for the TD if no penalty was calledYou Giants whiners happy with the refs now? A crappy non-action penalty just gave you the lead back.So lets stop talking about the refs for the rest of the game.
Hes veryyyy far down the list but who knows. He looked crazy fast on that return. Wonder if he's got any long-term potential at WR.Hixon may not only be known for the Everrett incident this year!!!!
that's not fair...it was Oakland! NO receiver could have done anything in OaklandHe has incredible hands, but his route running is sub-par. He is who he is, because of the team he is on and the protection his QB gets. If he is so great, where was he in Oakland?I don't care what anyone says Randy Moss is the best receiver in the game right now!

Forgot to add that it's not coincidence that Moss' TD breaks the all time scoring record that was held by Moss' old team the '98 Vikes.I disagree with this. Fixed. He has incredible hands, but his route running is sub-par. He is who he is, because of the team he is on and the protection his QB gets. If he is so great, where was he in Oakland when Randy was there?I don't care what anyone says Randy Moss is the best receiver in the game right now!
Michigan. Why was Brady invited to the combine?
Yeah but Def's have to respect the speed of the wr's so they have to pick their poison.Don't ANY teams watch film of the Patriots??? They run that little bubble screen to Welker the exact same way 3 times a game EVERY game.
Maybe he meant sub-par compared to other hall of fame receivers?"sub-par" , lol.He has incredible hands, but his route running is sub-par. He is who he is, because of the team he is on. Even I have to laugh at myself for that one (edit so I'll remember when the booze wears off : Welker stopped for no gain on a bubble screen about 5 seconds after I posted this)yeah, the avg FBG is in better shape than that.Wow, did Brady ever lift a weight in college?
if i were brady, i'd buy that tape and burn itWow, did Brady ever lift a weight in college?
14-13 Giants. 102 people in the thread now. That's a pretty far fetched hypothetical there though. Emotion is good for a bit but this wont be close.JCurrently around 65 people in this thread. If the Giants keep it close, I wonder how much this will grow to.
he had him and recoverred well, if he didn't let him go....Nice hustle by ross
Anyone still think speculating on Brady using PEDs after seeing that picture is all that out there?Wow, did Brady ever lift a weight in college?
I would consider that as a truth.Maybe he meant sub-par compared to other hall of fame receivers?"sub-par" , lol.He has incredible hands, but his route running is sub-par. If you watched Manning's SNL, you'd think he still doesn't lift weights. How would Brady currently grade out in an NFL scouting type of combine compared to other NFL QB's?I mean, does he have a good arm vs. the average nfl QB? Is any of his success raw talent based? Or is he simply just an intelligent QB with good physical skills, and excellent intangibles and leadership?Wow, did Brady ever lift a weight in college?
Maybe. But, it doesn't matter how he gets it done as long as it gets done. It's not a sliding grading scale due to potential.I would consider that as a truth.Maybe he meant sub-par compared to other hall of fame receivers?"sub-par" , lol.He has incredible hands, but his route running is sub-par. Randy is one of the best ever but his gaudy numbers are a product of the system. Put TO on that team and he would have several take-it-to-the-house TDs because of the protection.Physically, hes now 6'4" 225 with one of the stronger arms in the league and decent foot speed. He's in the proto-typical mold now.How would Brady currently grade out in an NFL scouting type of combine compared to other NFL QB's?I mean, does he have a good arm vs. the average nfl QB? Neither are any of the other 'coaches' in that series....as far as I know.update commercial, he's not a coach anymore
