Here is an idea on something to do for week 17. Each Division will vote for the best players within it's division to compete in thea probowl. Each division will compete for to be Be the best Division. It's one week, week 17. Highest score wins. Each teams votes for the best following players within their division:

A player receives 12 pts for each 1st place votes, 9 pts for each 2nd place vote, 6 pts for each 3rd place vote, and 3 pts for each 4th place vote. The player's with the most pts make the team. Each division winner is the team captain and will break any ties. This will form a 15 man team. Each team will play what is called best-ball. Meaning the best 9 player legal lineup will be started from the 15 man roster.
Voting for a player should be more of a season award for the best players, then a who is the best matchup guy. However, each team is free to use whatever they feel is best, even voting for their own players.
