Week 2 injury thread (1 Viewer)

what to do about Matthews? I'm losing ALL my damned RBs?!?!?! my only healthy ones left at this point are Vereen and Isaiah Crowell.

Today was ridiculous, on top of losing all these guys last week too.

Never seen anything like this.

Worst part is these guys all left in 1Q today!!!!!!!!!

My season may now be ruined in several leagues as Imay not break 100 in a few leagues and you just cant make up those points.

Wow. Just wow.

2 more injuries so far tonight

Vance McDonald - TE - 49ers
49ers TE Vance McDonald left Sunday night's game with a knee injury.
The 49ers are listing him as questionable to return, but McDonald is likely done for the night. Derek Carrier will play in two-tight end sets with Vernon Davis.

Chris Conte - DB - Bears
Bears FS Chris Conte was forced from Sunday night's game in the second quarter with a shoulder injury.
His return is questionable. Conte had two tackles and an interception before exiting. Danny McCray has replaced him in base sets.

Torn tricep ended his season last year. Tillman was quite upset on the sideline. May have retorn it.

Gone to the locker room.

EVERYONE is getting HURT WTF this is madness... back up city never seen this many guys go down i was getting pissed.. Couldn't even enjoy football unbelievable...

Moreno, Green and Matthews started for me in two different leagues. RG3, Tavon Austin, and ADP were on my bench between two leagues.

In my main league, I lost AJ Green, Matthews, ADP, and RG3 in a matter of three days. Scored the most points week 1. Am down by 10 in week 2 with nobody left and my opponent has Shady and a WR tonight. My season is over without a miracle.

I know, I know. Nobody cares.

Lost RG, AJ, Charles, and Decker. Throw in an already injured Jeffery and Reed, it's gonna be a hell of a season.

Jamaal Charles - RB - Chiefs

Chiefs coach Andy Reid said Monday that Jamaal Charles has been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain.
We're considering Charles "week to week" moving forward, but there are indications Charles' high ankle sprain is on the mild side of the usual 4-6 week timetable. Knile Davis will step in as Kansas City's every-down back in the meantime. He'll be a legit RB1 for as much time as Charles misses. Charles' fantasy owners need to sit tight end keep him rostered as an injured RB3.

Maurice Jones-Drew - RB - Raiders

Maurice Jones-Drew (hand surgery) "didn't sound optimistic" about playing in Week 3 when speaking to reporters on Monday.
The Raiders face the Patriots next. Jones-Drew has refused to provide details on his hand injury, and the Raiders laughably listed him as "questionable" on last Friday's injury report despite the fact that he never had any chance to play. If MJD can't go at New England, Darren McFadden would presumably continue to operate as Oakland's lead back. Latavius Murray got one touch in Week 2.

Thx for posting.

I just got ADP back for a while at least, but then I lose Ingram. This is not a good four days for me. In fact, it's the worst I can ever remember in terms of Fantasy Football

I wouldn't be surprised if this is true.
HGH doesnt make them better players but it does help them heal much faster...well it DID

This is a topic for a different thread, but I don't believe testing for HGH will stop many NFL players from taking HGH. The window that you test positive after administration is very short. Basically, these guys can take HGH at night with very little fear of testing positive the next day.
