Just as crazy as my game.Topped 121pts, and needed just about all of 'em. Had the 2nd highest score in the league (well, pending SNF and MNF) and my opp had the 3rd highest.I was sweating late with a 1pt lead...then WAS/JAX went to OT and Santana came through for me. Fortunately it was a 68yd reception, because Bruce's TD and 2PAT for my opp closed the gap yet again! Finally all the clocks ran out and I emerged with a win.

sweet.....This has happened maybe one other time to me in 15 years of playing F.F. so before you roll your eyes and jet past my post, allow me to revel in my moment of fantasy football glory. So going into tonight's game, I'm down 80 to 58 and I've got McNabb going and the guy I'm playing has a rb and defense. Our league scoring is 4 pts. throwing td, 1 point for 20 yards passing, 6 pts. rushing td, 1 pt. per 10 yards rushing, no penalty points. I'm thinking I'm toast since my opponent has Westbrook and the Packers D going. I don't even bother with it, I watch a movie with my wife, my 2 yo son nods off and we put him to bed and I fell asleep on the sofa. I wake up around 11 p.m. and took my garage queen 300ZX for a spin just wanting to put myself in a better mood because I'm pissed that I figure I lost to a creampuff team (2nd worst team in the league) but the guy had Moss going and was up pretty big on me. Anyway after an hour I turn the lights off, and just for the hell of it turn the t.v. on sportscenter and I see the McNabb human hilight reel and I thought "no way in hell", I turn the p.c. on and see I've won 96-88. I felt like I'm 10 years old and the ground was covered in 4 feet of snow and my school was just put on the cancel list. Like I said, probably my high point of the season but damn it feels good to win won you already counted as a loss!![]()

Don't sit Bell OR Walker. Every great defense has at least one subpar game during the course of the season. Next Monday night might be Baltimore's. The Ravens were just in two straight dogfight games, they have to travel to Denver -- one of the most difficult places to play, and the Broncos are coming off of a bye.Bad spot all around for the Ravens. Start all your Broncos.Might as well mark it for posterity, I'm 1.000 at 4-0. I'm probably losing next week to the 1-3 team in my division, though. Rudi Johnson's my RB2 and he's on a bye, while my RB3, Tatum Bell, faces off vs. the Ravens. Randy Moss is a sit, Javon Walker could be a sit as well since he's in Baltimore too, so it looks like Plax and Reggie Williams are my WRs next week. Larry Johnson and Tater as RBs, Alex Smith or Lord Byron at QB, Ben Waston () at TE. Jags D vs the Jets or Miami vs. NE (a consideration since the Fins always play the Pats well). Hopefully Stover manages some figgies on MNF, though, to give me a shot. My 1-3 opponent will have Manning (vs. TEN), McGahee, Dillon, and gets to play 2 of Braylon/Coles/SMoss. Bills or Steelers D, Kasay at K, Baker or a WW pickup at TE. Doesn't feel like a win going in.

I love stories like this, especially when I can relate. Last night, I'm down 24 points but feeling good with Westbrook and McNabb to play vs the other remaining unbeaten team (he's got Driver). I can't switch out Westy (took the "questionable" gamble - it paid off the previous 3 weeks) and didn't even know he was out until I turned on the game 1/2 hour into it. Then as Philly's trailing 7-9, the Chicago area storms hit. Thunder, Lightning, Hail, and knee-deep water in the street. As my neighbors and I pry up sewer lids to relieve the flooding, the power goes out for 90 minutes. I have resigned my fate to being in the scrum at 3-1 and having 4 inches of water in the crawlspace.Good news #1 - the backup sump pump worked and kept the crawl dryGood news #2 - the power came back on just as the game endedGood news #3 - McNabb's 2 rush TD's and 2 pass TD's give me 30 points to Driver's negigible statsGood news #4 - 4 and 0 and all alone in 1st placeI love MNF FF comebacks. But only when I win. This has happened maybe one other time to me in 15 years of playing F.F. so before you roll your eyes and jet past my post, allow me to revel in my moment of fantasy football glory. HONDA....I have Westie also, but even with him sitting, beat the commish of my leauge, who knocked me out of the playoffs last year, by 29. Although my combo on Moss/Bulger was 65. We give extra points for distances on TDs. So that last one in OT was soooo sweet. First team over 100 points in my league this year. And yea, the commish was 2nd highest score in the league. I will savor this one for a while.114 points with Brian Westbrook still to play (who should be good for 20+).Bulger, Marc STL QB 27Moss, Santana WAS WR 33Players Yet To Play: 1Players Currently Playing: 0Player Minutes Remaining: 60:002nd highest scorer of the week was actually my opponent who had a solid outing with 99. I figure beating him by 30 (129 total) is more than reasonable.
