For what it's worth Dr. Chao thinks it's just an ankle inversion (sprain) in the "basketball" style for Saquon. Says "he'll be lucky to avoid short term IR" so it sounds like he will miss some time, but Chao doesn't think it's season ending. Says the swelling is more indicative of sprain than fracture.
