Seems like every season that an injury to a major player is initally diagnosed as a "sprain" only to later find out that it was a tear or rupture. Good Luck Hass owners. Most of all, Good Luck Matt.
FWIW a sprain is a tear!As per Will Carroll, ESPN, a sprain is a torn ligament/tendon, a strain is a torn muscle. Obviously there are degrees of tears and ruptures, just wanted you to know!
No a sprain can also be a stretch of the ligaments and not a tear.
I'll accept your apology! :bye:

Any developments on Jennings' injury?
Good question. They said he had X-rays during the game yesterday. Any homers hear anything yet?
I read that it may in fact be serious...serious enough to where he will miss some time, 2 weeks, 3 weeks...lot of speculation but the injury did not look good.I really sour on Driver now as there will be no one lining up across from him now.How did GB win yesterday allowing Harringotn to throw for 400+ yds...34-24, unreal.

After Walker's injury in week 1 last year, DD didn't have much talent opposite him and he still finished top 12. I don't see the great concern, especially if there's some semblance of a running game this time around.

Jennings ankle isn't broken, but sounds like he'll miss next week. Hopefully thats all. Don't have a link right now, but read this earlier..

Lavar Arrington carted off during MNF game. Didn't see what happened to his leg/achilles/foot.
