INJURY UPDATE: #Buccaneers announce that running back Doug Martin is questionable to return with a shoulder injury.
ATLANTA -- Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Doug Martin suffered a shoulder injury during Sunday's 31-23 loss to the Atlanta Falcons and did not return.

Martin said after the game that X-rays "look fine'' and the shoulder is not separated.

"We're still evaluating what it is,'' said Martin, who added that he's "not sure yet'' if he would play in Thursday night's game against Carolina.

How serious is Bradford's injury??
Dragged down out of bounds and was in a lot of pain. Some sort of lower leg injury. Taken off on a cart.
He wasn't dragged down at all. He was pushed about 5 yards before he went out of bounds and his foot got caught in the turn a little as hit went out of bounds. There was no horse collar tackle and no one even grabbed him. There was no penalty called at all.

Could be ankle, could be knee, could be foot.
Definite knee - Dragged down from behind out of bounds - Defender celebrated the injury afterwards

Cushing down, and probably out
Cheap shot by Charles with low block to the knee
I don't think there was anything cheap about it. RBs often cut block pass rushers. He did it from the front, Cushing saw it coming. That's about all you can ask for on a cut block.
They need a new rule to eliminate offensive blocks below the waist. All the new rules are designed to protect offensive players - defensive players are vulnerable to cheap shots to the the knees imo

Ben Tate returned and finished the game, but is going for x-rays now, per ESPN's Tania Ganguli.

Sounds like he may be out for the season according to Jason La Canfora.

Rams are bracing for QB Sam Bradford being out for the season after suffering knee injury today. MRI will determine exact severity

Seeinig rumors on Twitter that Finley may have had to have emergency neck surgery, hoping they're just rumors

Rumors from who? A respectable source? Or your veterinarian's secretary's brother-in-law? Nothing being reported in GB or Milwaukee papers or from their Packer reporters.

Bloom just tweeted that these are false.
As suspected. That's the problem with posting rumors from twitter without a link. Anybody can post anything. Unless it comes from a respectable source I'm not buying it.

Everyones knees are vulnerable. Offense and defense. See Elam vs. Cobb last week. If guys are asked to lower their target zones there are going to be more knee shots even unintentionally.

Thing they really need to change are the now legal in line chop blocks on running plays they let OL perform.

Sorry. Mini rant there. No injury news.

Jermichael Finley's agent tweeted that "football doesn't matter right now" on Sunday night.

Finley sustained a very scary head or neck injury during the fourth quarter of Sunday's win over the Browns. Packers players who were near him were visibly shaken afterward, with Andrew Quarless saying he shed a tear. Finley does have feeling in his extremities, but he was immobilized and stretchered off the field. "Thank you 2 every1 4 the well wishes regarding @JermichaelF88. Keep him in your thoughts & be patient. Football doesn't matter right now," read Baratz's tweet.

I live in Charlotte and was watching the Panthers/Rams game, actually.

He was pushed, not grabbed, which is why no penalty was called. His foot got caught in the turf when he tried to stop himself out of bounds.

Watch the video. I'm too lazy to post it.
