Welker Td catch vs. JAX (1 Viewer)

thanks yudkin..

I thought for sure this was a play action. I wish I had a view from the endzone looking out. A co worker of mine is telling me it was suppose to look like a direct snap to Faulk with a bad snap over Bradys head.

If you've seen Brady's fake of a bad snap on the direct snap to Faulk in the past, thats exactly what this exchange looked like. Ball is snapped, Faulk cuts directly behind center and into the line, Brady jumps up, hands extended over his head, and turns his back to the play. I always got a kick out of the Brady acting on the direct snap play. Now this time, Brady receives the snap and tucks it on his hip, throwing his hand up and turning his back on the play. I thought it was genius. I was excitedly explaining why this was sooo cool to the Mrs. but got a bit of  :whoosh: :lmao: back.

What a great play it was. I rarely get fooled as a fan watching the game...and I totally thought it was a direct snap. In fact I said before the play to a friend "I bet they run some sort of draw play here".

Same here!

Next trick play:

I think Moss exhibited a pretty good arm on that double pass against the Steelers a couple of weeks ago. With the cushion that Moss usually gets, I'd like to see a double pass with Moss throwing it downfield to Gaffney, Watson or Stallworth.

And i told my friend that i think Jabar Gaffney is the best #4 WR in the league.
