now that he is at DE is he worth picking up will he see alot of tackles?
Ah, but if he is listed as a LB on league sites, then he holds a LOT less value.is there a precedent for MFL to change position designations, after they have already changed them?Kiwanuka played well as an end when Osi was injured in 2006 -- 38-8-4 in ten games. I think he belongs in the second tier for now, and could be better or worse depending on how the rest of the defensive line comes together.
True enough. I was just responding to his potential production after the position switch.MFL moved Greg Ellis inseason a couple of years ago IIRC. I think it's possible additional switches could be made before the season begins.Ah, but if he is listed as a LB on league sites, then he holds a LOT less value.is there a precedent for MFL to change position designations, after they have already changed them?Kiwanuka played well as an end when Osi was injured in 2006 -- 38-8-4 in ten games. I just read on the MFL message board that they use the Roto depth charts for player positions. Roto has already switched him to DE, so hopefully MFL updates it soon.Ah, but if he is listed as a LB on league sites, then he holds a LOT less value.is there a precedent for MFL to change position designations, after they have already changed them?Kiwanuka played well as an end when Osi was injured in 2006 -- 38-8-4 in ten games. I still do not see a ranking for Kiwanuka on the FBG IDP rankings (perhaps I am missing him).So I will ask the OP question again for Jene, John, Sigmund and the rest:Where would you project Kiwanuka as a DE this year?
Second tier for me will likely be in the 15-25 range. Now that Strahan will seemingly stay retired, Kiwanuka should start showing up in everyone's DL rankings.Kiwanuka played well as an end when Osi was injured in 2006 -- 38-8-4 in ten games. I think it's too early to tell. It may depend on how the young NYG linebackers develop. If they can find a couple of solid OLBs (DeOssie, Kehl, Goff, Kiwanuka) or draft another player, it's certainly possible that Kiwanuka might play in rotation or bump Tuck inside to a three-technique role. You can never have enough pass rushers. Also very possible, especially if Kiwanuka doesn't play to his 06 form at end, that the team reverts back to what they had planned this season with Strahan gone and Osi healthy. What happens to Kiwi when Osi returns next year?
Tough to see a spot for him long term at DE with Tuck and Osi. Kiwi needs to play out his deal, get the heck out of dodge, and go play DE somewhere.I think it's too early to tell. OLBHe was playing OLB and getting some DLE snaps before Osi went down. With Osi and Tuck starting at DE, no reason to think he wont stay on the field and move back to the OLB.What happens to Kiwi when Osi returns next year?

You've mistaken him for Hulk Hogan.therokie0070 said:isnt Kiwi 6-8 300 pounds that is scare as hell if he is athletic enough to play hybrid LB/DE, could you imagine being a 5-11 slot reciever and trying to catch one in the middle with him learching around
